Did you guys see that on the 13th they will have the new 2014 PwnPad out ?

With the fixes that they have it'll at least show you how they got it to work, and you can put your spin on that version.. or at least hopefully it'll help you implement it your way with the tweaks that they have done.

Wow. It looks like they did get it working. Only problem is they never opened up the last kernel so it wouldn't tell us anything on how they got it working. However, I'm really excited to see there Kali build since they are switching from Ubuntu. I'm kinda surprised they don't come out and say it's the Nexus 7 2013 version. The details are a bit missing for now but this is exciting news.

Bene -

It looks like the biggest change was switching to a static cfg80211 regulatory domain (CONFIG_CFG80211_INTERNAL_REGDB=y). I've turned on CONFIG_LIB80211=y in options in kernel to see if that might help with identifying the device. Here's another kernel to try if you get bored/have time. Hope everyone is having a good thanksgiving.

Here is the defconfig so far with elemental x: http://pastebin.com/7egV88FK
