Yo,

HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO [...(skipping introductional nonsense)]. Pokemon Acanthite is a fan-made Pokemon game that has been worked on since quite a few years (the development-team started working on it at some point during gen 4 i think) and now they have finally completed a first playable demo of the game. well honestly, I didn't even really observe their progress or the project in general so I don't really know too much about it, but they've left a nice impression on me from the stuff i've seen so far — some major info (which may be outdated or misinterpreted):

- Pokemon from Gen 1-5 included afaik (idk, the gen 5 sprites are part of the download as well so yeah...)
- They created a 100 additional Mons themselves which is probably the part that took the longest and honestly those Mons look nice af (for a little peek on what the drawing looks like: Frondilo image
- new region
- 2 additional types: light and virus (no clue about their effect on the type efficiency issue btw)

For more information visit the acanthite forum.

The direct download link
http://pokemonacanthite.com/acanthitedemo.zip

The zip file includes an .exe to run the game so there's no emulator required.

Yeah, idk... I believe this might be enjoyable for some of you — I definitely think they did a great job, although i'm not really playing games like these anymore these days so idk if I will play it myself haha.

I usually don't prefer Pokemon mods but this one is different. Even though I haven't played it yet, the Pokemon designs are really good unlike other hacks. But ill try this out, its been a while since I have played a Pokemon game (no 3DS sadly *insert sad face*). :)
