HARRIET I
 HM SUPREME COURT ACT (2014)
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty:
Definitions
1. LCJ - Lord Chief Justice.
2. Trial - A Court Case approved by the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court
1. The Supreme Court are required to be online during trials unless they have handed in a notice of their absence.
2. The members of the Supreme Court are not allowed to let their own personal views or beliefs get in the way of justice.
3. The Supreme Court are not allowed to make xenophobic comments in the Court.
4. The Supreme Court receive the same rights as everyone else in the region and must be treated so by colleagues.
5. The Supreme Court must abide by the laws of the region and will face prosecution if they fail to do so.
6. The Supreme Court shall consist of three members: The Lord Chief Justice, the Monarch and the Lord Justice.
The Lord Chief Justice
1. The Lord Chief Justice (LCJ) is the head of HM Supreme Court.
2. The LCJ is charged with the running and organisation of the Supreme Court.
3. The LCJ is the Judge of trials unless otherwise stated by the LCJ, Monarch or Lord High Chancellor.
The Lord Justice
1. In the case of absence of the Lord Chief Justice, the Lord Justice will fill in for the Lord Chief Justice.
2. In the case of absence of the Sr. Associate Justice, the Monarch will fill in for the Sr. Associate Justice.
3. The Lord Justice is required to remain as active as possible.
Absence
1. To be granted leave members of the Supreme Court are required to notify the Monarch or the Lord High Chancellor.
2. If a member of the Supreme Court fails to be present at a trial in which they are required, without notice, they may be removed by the Lord Chief Justice or the Monarch.
Trials
1. In order to become a trial a complaint must have passed through one of the members of the Supreme Court.
2. All trials must present sufficient evidence in order for the trial to go on.
3. The Prosecutor is the person who filled the complaint unless they select a lawyer.
Appointment
1. The Monarch will appoint the Lord Chief Justice with the advice of the Lord High Chancellor.
2. The Lord Chief Justice will appoint the Lord Justice with the advice and approval of the Monarch and Lord Justice.

The High Court would simply be a rename of the 'Members of the Court' that we currently have. This Act just gives it legislative backing. Nothing else changes.
