PM the contract form to me, and we will negotiate the price/RP out the signing there. The general form is better used for specific missions, since it is not set to a fixed time. You can negotiate, to the man, the numbers you hire if you so choose. The cost of a mission can be, however, costly due to fact that it is not set on a fixed time, and takes things such as danger into account, as any rational fighting force would. The professional troop contracting is the advised way to get your money's worth on campaigns and long-term recruitment. It completely nullifies danger to a degree, and works at a competitive rate with standard hirelings. Generic troops are professionals, but nothing too special. Elites are troops derived from the unique training disciplines of the Warband. They are more expensive to field, but can bring great reward. If a troop is permanently bound to another patrician, they shall become the patrician's new employee and work for him, so long as he sees fit. Given they are no longer attached to the Skullfiend Warband, they are no longer bound to our standards and will follow your orders, as though they were your own men.
