January 1st, 1111 S.A. As the new year begins, both the Popular tax and Patriciate tax are to be collected. Collectors will be making their rounds throughout the Republic beginning today to collecting. A reminder that the Patriciate tax is a flat 35 florins. Should any Condottieri choose, they may be exempt from the tax should they provide 100 Footmen to the garrison of the city to be placed under the command of Captain Aliato di Rimarini.
