Well, this should be fairly self-explanatory. This thread is for the purpose of discussing manga that don't have their own section in the forum. You can talk about which manga you're currently following, post and discuss new chapters, recommend manga you've enjoyed and complain about the ones that you haven't. So if you've got something to say about manga, say it here. To get the ball rolling: Denpa Kyoushi 60 Not the kind of manga I would typically read since slice-of-life isn't my schtick but it held my attention. Genius scientist/anime geek gets involved in shenanigans and becomes a pretty awesome teacher. Made by the same guy who did Super-Dreadnought Girl 4946. The Breaker: New Waves 104 If you haven't heard of The Breaker and like martials arts manga (or even if you don't), then get your ass down to nearest manga site and start reading. It's the shit. Recent chapter was 90% flashback as opposed to the awesome ass-kicking of the last couple, but an unexpected reveal popped up. Your turn, guys. |

Something that always interested me about the Denpa Kyoushi manga, and Super Dreadnought Girl, the art style in both of them is very recognisable, and I have seen it in many doujinshi. He drew this one incredibly depressing story called 'Negimaru' where Negi is dead and Asuna goes full on psychotic yandere in the aftermath and basically nearly dies from depression. Heavy stuff. As for the other, the guy who drew 'The Breaker' also drew 'Veritas' which is a similar sort of Manhwa, based around martial arts and one protag breaking into the scene, so you might want to check that out, though its dead for now. He did Negimaru too? I've only seen bits and pieces but it looked pretty damn depressing; I wouldn't have guessed there was a connection between them. I read all of Veritas back when it was updating. I found it alright at the time but, with the exception of the main character, most of the cast were too bitchy or angsty. Or at least that's how I remember it. Then I read The Breaker which was better by several orders of magnitude imo, and just made Veritas seem incredibly lacking in comparison. |

I wasn't a fan of the early chapters of The breaker at all, but i actually feel now that the nine-arts dragon has gone, its massively improved. And yeah, he drew Negimaru, as well as various porn doujinshi. |

That was him ?! Damn. As for recommendation, OnePunch-Man is really, really good. Maoyuu Maou Yuusha of course, which everyone should read. And for those who like Monster Girls, Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou has updated to chapter 11. |

I love OnePunch Man. It's one of the few manga that I actually read raw chapters just because I can't wait for the translations. ^U^ |

No kidding? Never knew that. I really liked the first, say, 20 or 30 chapters of Veritas. |

I liked how they managed to perform SCIENCE on martial arts. First of the genre as far as I'm concerned. |
