An expansive imagination isn't always helpful, to tell you the truth. Especially at night when you're about to go sleep.

I've trained myself not to think of scary stuff when I go to sleep, but the occasional time when I let something slip, I really freak myself out. ![]() And I actually haven't played any real horror games except for Fatal Frame and Fatal Frame 2. Since Fatal Frame was my first-ever horror game, it scared the crap out of me, but it's actually quite tame. Meaning I probably couldn't handle scary games much better than either of you, even though I love them.

I scare myself sometimes... Not even on purpose. I close my eyes and suddenly I envision some horrifying thing watching me and just like that I'm all wigged out. |

I hate it when I'm about to sleep and I imagine something horrifying, especially when I'm hot and don't want to cover myself. I cover my whole body and really hate it.

>^< nyaaaaaa absolute TERROR I have really creepy lucid dreams, which is where I get the outlines for a lot of my stories, as well as my monster drawings. I only started drawing monsters after the nightmares began. I explained the dream to a friend and she is very convinced I should put some crosses and incense in my room to ward off dangerous things. |

Haha. xD I don't necessarily believe in that stuff, but maybe you should. It'll help make you feel more comfortable, probably.

XD I'm agnostic, but it's odd I use religious terms in my stories and one of my favorite series Angel Beats is about a group in limbo trying to fight an angel and find god to dethrone him for the unfair lives they lived. |

I'm an agnostic atheist, but I'm also quite interested in religion. I love watching different documentaries about secret conspiracies and all sorts of awesome stuff like that. I'm also very interested in the dynamic of redemption in religion, especially Catholicism. The second season of American Horror Story got me interested in that. |

A lot of my friends are religious, and while another is agnostic, she's native American and she knows a lot of the traditional stories, so she always warns me when I mention something unnatural. |

Ooh, Native American. That's a culture I really love and want to learn more about. I'd love to speak one of their languages someday (I assume there are more than one?). |
