Anybody wearing this badge will have successfully gone through our process to become an approved civilian. Approved Civilians are people who do not work for the Royal Air Force but have been granted access into the Headquarters. This can be because they're friends with an Officer, they don't hold any allegiances anywhere else or they have paid to be an approved civilian.
