| The name was shortened to make room >_< Anyway, welcome to the ROBLOX Bookwriters club! This is essentially the site for the ROBLOX group, bookwriters club. Since we all know that ROBLOX's filter can be fairly strict, to the point where you have to use fancy wording to tell your readers the age of your characters, we made this to free our bookwriting capabilities. Message me, and I can run through your book for filtered words, then post it on the forums! |

==In the Cave of Trials== A man , sitting down on the cavern floor, bearing his dark robe, he started to speak..."Grr....we must do something! We've remained powerless for the last two-thousand years!" He said, another man appeared from the shadows, his breath was heavy, "Patience can overc-" He spoke, interrupted by the other. "That is what we've relied on for years! I'm tired of waiting! We must act NOW!" He yelled, as his temper was set alit. As he was about to speak, fire erupted from the cavern floors, he fell on his back- unable to speak at that moment...."Yaagh! Could it be?" He said, as after the fire dissapeared, a crystal in the shape of an emerald, with the color of blood had appeared in the place of the fire... it simply floated to him..."Yes, our wait is over! Now we can finally proceed with our plans!" He said, and laughed evily. ==Tokyo== As civillians walked through the streets, and cars passed by the flashing billboards on skyscrapers and buildings....a dark power was nearby....you could see a helicopter flying over Tokyo. The men piloting the helicraft were shocked, when the rotor had exploded and burst into flames, they soon were plummeting below, and the helicraft had exploded, no one survived this brutal event. The Tokyo Broadcasting Station had the whole thing on footage, an investigation was put together. ==Skyscraper Roof== The man bearing the dark cloak, stood on the roof, watching the commotion he had caused, he laughed......and then disappeared, into the darkness. The rebirth of magic is futile, some who earn this magic ,shall be wise, and use it for the most dangerous of situations, while some shall use it for their own free will, beware, the magic may find you. ~Magic~ Fire: The use of the Pyro element, it is a very corrupt force, and is very destructive. Water: The wisest people earn this element, as it serves people well, when trying to solve problems that require great knowledge. Electricity: Many do not know how to control it, although when they can, the results are exasperating, and can cause total obliteration. Darkness: Only the people willing to give in to it have this magic. NOTE: I AM NOT THE CREATOR OF THIS PROLOGUE. THIS IS THE OPENING TO THE MAGIC’S RESSURECTION ROLE PLAY ON WWW.ROBLOX.COM. This should be easy,” Riley said as he used his weakest spell, water ball, against his weakest enemy. It killed him in one hit and Riley beat the level once again. As he was about to play another game he noticed the time. “CRUD!” He shouted nearly across the house. It was 9:00AM! He needed to get to school by 8:30AM! He instantly shut down his computer, picked up his backpack and put a poptart in his lunch to make up for his lack of breakfast. He ran out the door and to his bike. He pedaled at full speed toward school hoping the rest of the day would be a lot better than his morning. When he got to school, he ran inside, caring much less about the zero-toleration no running rule. He got to class and he had already missed reading! His favorite subject! Riley now just noticed that everyone was staring at him. He was a mess. He was sweating from biking 2 miles to school at full speed, he was dirty because he ran into multiple things (garbage cans, old ladies, etc.), and on top of that, he hasn’t showered in 3 days. “Riley, where is your tardy slip?” his teacher, Mrs. Wexler asked. Crud! He forgot about his tardy slip! “I’m sorry I was late, my mom and dad had to leave for work early because they had no one else to fill in for them on that appointment,” Riley’s parents were surgeons so he usually stayed at home by himself and played his favorite game ever: Magic Strike. “I will let you go today only because your parents had to work, but if it happens one more time I will not be so forgiving,” the teacher replied. Mrs. Wexler is a fair teacher usually throwing parties for St. Patrick’s Day or Halloween. Riley took his seat and took his attention toward the board. Adding and subtracting decimals again? That’s the third time this week! Riley thought to himself. Well to be fair, some of the students still hadn’t picked up on it and the FCAT is getting close. FCAT stood for the Florida Comprehension and Assessment Test, which is a test that kids 3rd grade and up have to take which determines a lot of their final grade. He did the assignments on the board and waited for Math to be over. At lunch he sat next to his friend, Edgar. Edgar liked to play Magic Strike just as much as Riley. They usually slept over at each other’s houses and stayed up all night playing it. The object of the game was simple, capture all of the enemies’ towers by killing the enemies in every level with spells you enhance and earn by capturing towers. Enemies can also reclaim or build new towers. “Hey Riley, did you capture any new towers this morning?” Edgar asked, starting their average discussion on Magic Strike. “That game was the reason why I was late this morning! What happened was I started playing at around 8:00, and I decided to play some multiplayer levels for beginners, because you know how much I LOVE killing newbies,” Riley then began to talk about how weak their spells were and how many times they told him in the chat to leave the server, but this author is too lazy write about everything Riley said, so just pretend he said it. After that long conversation about how Riley was late this morning, Edgar said something that would lighten up his mood. “Did you hear that a new Magic Strike T-” Edgar never finished his sentence when he saw something flashing in Riley’s lunch box. “Riley,” Edgar said in shock. What was that thing? Does Riley know what this is? Is this some cruel prank? Riley knows he’s afraid of flashing lights! At that moment Riley looked into his lunch box with confusion, and pulled out a dark blue crystal. It was about nine inches tall and 4 inches wide. It was in the shape of an iceberg and looked as if it was in mint condition. No scratches, not even a spec of dirt. “How did this even get in here?” Riley asked. “I say we sell it,” Edgar suggested. “No way!” Riley replied. “It could be useful” Riley answered “But how could it be considered useful?” Edgar asked in question. “Well…” Riley never could think of a way to answer that question. Because just then Riley noticed a flashing light behind Edgar. “Dude!” “What?” Just as Edgar was about to turn around Riley grabbed hold of him to prevent him from seeing the flashing light behind him that he was ever so afraid of. “Don’t panic, but there is a flashing light behind you,” Just as the light stopped flashing Edgar had broken free. “Well, I don’t see a flashing light, but I do see this” Edgar turned around and had a crystal identical to Riley’s, except his was a black crystal. “Whoa! That’s double the money!” Edgar exclaimed. “We are NOT, selling these!” Riley replied. “Why not? These things could easily be worth a thousand! Maybe even more!” Just then they watched in shock as the crystals started glowing and evaporated in to dust and went inside their bodies. They looked at themselves in fear. What coused it to evaporate? Why did it go inside them? Is it going to give them cancer? “Let’s never speak of this again, agreed? Riley asked, “Agreed” Edgar replied. Riley still couldn’t get over that feeling, that feeling like he had gained something. But what did gain? Money? Strength? No, it was much more powerful than that. Then he knew. He knew what he had gained. Power. Edited by chichi87, Jun 15 2012, 05:04 AM.
