Session - Planetfall/Kalon -- Калон; The beginning on a distant world

Slowly, you begin to regain consciousness.
First, a sharp feeling of numb cold flushes your body, followed by a slow warming sensation. A gradual humming noise is heard in the background, with the muffled sound of conversation and a repeat message being blared over old loudspeakers. Footsteps echo out of the room as you finish regaining your senses. The smell of chemical and frigid air surround you as you open your eyes- and before you know it, the pod doors slide open as your half-limp figure falls to the floor.
Your ears soon adjust to the sound, but the room is dark and lit only by a flickering spark-plug down a hallway. The announcement blares in a female voice, switching between multiple languages: "Please remain calm. Your continued safety and cooperation is our number one priority. Atmospheric entry will proceed normally."
Welcome to Planetfall. It's been a long time.

(This is the first session. More information will be added as it's discovered.)
(All of you also start in the same room, for sake of plot. Ask me in OOC if you have any problems.)

I smile, though it feels odd to do so. The smile shifts into a smirk. that's better "Anyone else lucid?" I start to stand, using the pod behind me as a support, as I do I keep my ears open for a reply.

I'm okay with this.

C'kresstik Prpa'atettesh rolled her shoulders as she looked around the room. She found it infuriating that Humans forced her to take on this form every time they traveled. More frustrating still was that they thought that a locked room would hold her, what kind of idiot did they take her for? She stretched in her confining EVO suit. Unlike humans her memory was never affected by cryo-sleep, but she did develop the single most annoying rash known to her in the most annoying spots.

She resisted the urge to revert to her natural form at the moment. Instead of dwelling on the indignation of her situation, she investigated the locking mechanism on the door to her make shift cell. When she got out she was going to kill them all. Maybe even eat on of them. Though that was probably a bad idea, Human never sat well with her. Although their cooking was quite enjoyable.

She smiled as she found the week spot in the doors design. Focusing she Voided, it was hard with something so unfamiliar but the door finally unlatched. Nodding at the accomplishment C'kresstik stepped through the door, hoping that it led towards freedom, and her captors' deaths.

Kuhu rises from the ground, stretching his arms and legs. "What the hell took so long?" He asks to nobody in particular. And he beings to wander about. Yawning as he does so.

I stand as well, letting my body grow accustomed to the odd weight of not being planet side. I then roll my spine, first front to back then side to side, making sure that everything there is working perfectly. Then I run a quick burst Kata, allowing me to get an idea of just how sluggish I am at the moment. Feeling refreshed and slightly sluggish I start to remember what exactly was going on when frozen.

I frown at the holes in my memory, but they would fill with time. I look around me searching for others that had been unfrozen. I then set off down the hallway with my new self assigned task.

I'm okay with this.

Spastic:
You exit the cage, stepping into a small passage through a cramped cargo-hold. On either side is boxes and crates with unknown contents, and a dim light at the far end of the rectangular storage bay functions as the only source of illumination. Beyond it, you can see a self-sealing door with a side keypad, but the boxes obscure any other particular range of vision beyond the end of the room.

Everyone else:
The only two awake in the room appear to be Dawn and Kiek; although there is another pod that still has life-signs (Another player; don't touch yet). The structure itself is heavily damaged, with burn marks, broken floor grates, and cracks from stress riddling the surface of the antechamber-like room. The smell of chemicals and smoking electronics permeates the air, and all of the pods besides your two pods, the unopened one, and a third appear to be destroyed or broken. The third appears to have already opened a while ago, perhaps a few years; and the whole situation strikes you as odd when you compare what you heard when you were waking up. The floor lies at a distinctive 25 degree tilt to the left, listing to the side as if damaged somehow. At the center of the room is a circular control panel, although it shows no sign if it is working or not.
Bright light streams through a broken light panel near the exit in the hallway, and the sparks from the panel further down continue to emit themselves. The announcement continues to blare out it's repeating message, this time in Ukrainian before switching to Byelorussian. Debris litter the floor and exit. At the end of the hall is a dimly-lit forcefield, likely the only thing keeping this deck from venting itself into space. You hear no sign of your former 'Guests'.

C'kresstik moves with ease in the tight confines of the cargo hold, manipulating her body shape as to fit better in her environment. She didn't know just how long she had been in human form so she gave herself to hours before reverting and rupturing her suit.

Shifted between crates, using Void-Hands to open them as she passed. She felt the weight of the energy on her mind after only a few boxes. She sifts through them hoping to find something useful, anything that will help her escape, and hopefully find her armour. That was Her biggest fear. These stupid mammals didn't have the tech to build something even half as good as what she had. Keeper's, she cursed. They didn't even have good weapons, but that only added to her embarrassment for being captured.

After several minutes of searching through what she assumed was all food she stalked off towards the door and its primitive electrical locks. Maybe she could trick this door open like the last, though that was highly unlikely because of the key combo needed to open this door. She stared at the panel for a while, cursed at it, then set to work. She used Void-hands like before, trying to feel the inside of the panel and door, learning how to open this puzzle before her captors came back.

(Nobody starts with weapons. As stated, this is an exploration-based RP. What you choose to look at is what you will discover or find.)

Kuhu stumbles down the the hallway, and checks the Ships Logs to check what the hell happened to it.
