LORD OF THE HORDE
I snap my fingers, signalling two of my bodyguards over to me. One of them holds a katana with the word "Laquan" engraved on the blade. The handle is wrapped in purple velvet.
"Ayy, glow boy, I'll give you this sword, along with this rad tune, if you tell me what you are and how to become one of you!"
One of the guards pulls out a smartphone and begins playing this:

Ash puts his hand on Armorbro's shoulder, "Leo we come from basically another world entirely, some portal on our world opened up and led us to this one. We don't have magic or elementals or any of that, it's just us humans. And the entire world has basically been colonized. It's pretty boring honestly, but hey it's the only one we got." Ash let go of Leo's shoulder "I should probably check for other survivors, Leo it was nice meeting you and I'll see you later." Ash looked over to Kaisa. "Hey Kaisa take care of Leo! Don't let the suits, coats, or laquaan mess with him too much!"
Ash broke off from the others and started walking through the fields of bodies for other survivors. His eyes and ears focused on this one task, he needed to find others. because he was kind or just curious he didn't know, and he didn't care.

Suea pats Elizabeth on the back and looks her up and down. "I love your enthusiasm, but please don't risk dying just yet. Look around you and be scared. Fear is for the intelligent so long as you don't let it control you. Let it guide you, now let's head back."

As the events unfold in front of him, Suea is confused and his hand remains on his revolver as he watches the glowing being. His other hand moves to the Buddhist rosary around his neck and he begins quietly chanting prayers as he turns the string of wooden beads around and around. He approaches Ash from behind, as silent as his curiosity was strong. "Ash, what is he?" Suea bluntly asks while careful to step around and not over bodies.

"I'm... I'm sorry, I haven't come across your kind, no — " Kaisa started before Ash explained their situation. Kaisa had been hoping to let the sentient glowing suit of armour know a little gentler — and Kaisa was incredibly bad at being gentle. "Yes, that."

((I'll wait for next update to interrogate Leo.))

Ash hadn't noticed Suea walk behind him. When he spoke Ash didn't turn around and instead picked up a fallen longsword. "He's a survivor like anyone else. His name is Leo, good guy, apparently a slave in this army." I wonder if they use any techniques like Fiore or Meyers... "don't lose your head about his condition, he won't hurt you." Ash cracked a smile as he snatched up a sheathe that fit the sword and turned to the guy that had been following him. "Names Ash Winters, I work for Windlass PMC." Ash stuck out a hand to the man.

Jakob shakes his head, sentients were not expected, this will complicate his work and if, god forbid, bio-ethics caught wind of this through the gate, he was in for a world of pain. He decides against speaking to the sentient armor while its bombarded by the infantry, turning to his team, instructing them to start taking samples off the corpses littering the ground. It was fascinating to find humanoids through the gate, the anthropology department would have a field day with these, but he personally was more fascinated by the collapsed colossus, how /did/ that massive, seemingly stone organism move and produce flames?
He walks towards it with 3 men and women off his team, overseeing them trying to collect some pieces off it to bring back and scanning it with a wide array of tools.

ASH, LAQUAN, SEUA, KAISA, AND JOHN
Going along with Ash's suggestion, Leofric shrugs off Laquan with a blunt "That sword looks horribly designed, and whatever that sound is, it cannot be considered music." before again returning his attention to the others. He laughs at Ash's explanation behind how they ended up here. "Another world? Why, there's no magic that could perform such a feat. Perhaps you've confused it with some kind of teleportation-based magic. Though, your equipment and mannerisms are quite peculiar." he says, before greeting Seua with a quick bow. "Now, who is that man over there? Why on earth would he be interested in the corpse of an elemental? Is he a scholar?" he asks.

JAKOB
Your team begins picking away at the tough, stone exterior of the hulking beast, piercing through within a few moments. As a large chunk of the creature's head is chipped away, extremely hot steam bursts through from the small hole, gradually causing other bits of rock to fall off, until a human-sized hole remains at the top of the creature's colossal head, leading into it's evidently hollow body. Even from here, you can tell it must be extremely hot in there.

Jakob jumps back at the blast of heat, instinctively trying to cover his face, even if he possesses a visor. "Get a temperature reading from it.", he turns to a woman by his side.

One of your researchers turns to her, electronic thermometer in hand. "It's about 60-61 Celsius, sir. It should be safe to go in with a hazmat suit."

Jakob nods, "Howards, you are with me, Jenkins, Steimer, stay outside and take samples of the exoskeleton."
He enters along with the thermometer-wielding woman, delving deeper into the fallen, crumbling giant. "Tell me if we reach critical temperatures."
