Jakob clicks his teeth, looking up at the tiny vampire perched on his shoulders, he was still processing the fact that he had been "turned", how was that even possible? What did it mean? Was it safe? So many unanswered questions, he would ask his own team to examine him when he got the chance. He turns his gaze upwards, speaking up "Do you really care? Because I really do not, I'd rather learn more about what happened right now."
To put your minds at ease, the police already know.

Nyx shrugs in response, looking down at you from above. "Well, you're free to ask any questions you might have, but I'm sure you will figure things out as you go." she says, before returning her attention to the group up ahead. "They really are quite slow to pick up on things, aren't they?"

Cali walks over to Amara, eyeing the townsfolk as she comes closer. "What is it?" she asks. She realizes immediately after saying it that Amara wouldn't understand.
Are you new here? Do you need help? Do you have questions? PM me!

Glancing back and forth from Amara to the townsfolk to Cali, Kaisa beckoned Cali to hopefully speak with the townsfolk. Kaisa was... not exactly the best at diplomacy, either too blunt and harsh or too shy. She nods at the apologetic man, at least recognizing that they were not about to stab her — not that they could, through her armor. "We are here in peace. We are an expedition group from the... uh... United Nations." It would be hard to explain they came from another world.

Amara sighs as no one has followed her gesture to circle around her. Tired of waiting, she begins drawing an intricate set of runes and other shapes in the snow as several soldiers and townsfolk look on in curiosity. She draws a small knife and makes a gash on her hand, pouring it over the depictions, which fills the mold she had created rather than sinking into the snow. She then chants more unknown gibberish as the depictions begin to glow a bright red. With a sudden flash of nearly blinding bright light, the sigils vanish along with her bloodstains. "That should have worked." she says, suddenly capable of speaking the English language.

Kaisa backed away as Amara slashed her hand and poured it over the runes — it seemed like something out of a horror movie, summoning a demon or something. Instead of an ungodly Satanic demon, the priestess suddenly spoke Finnish? Or English? Kaisa didn't know — but the point was that she could understand now. "Yes. It works." She glanced around at the rest of the villagers. "Can they also understand? We... we're an expedition group, and we're coming in peace."

"Enough with the chit-chat let's get right to the point! The meat! These people need to know we own them! C'mon gang, let's lay it out. Let's lay. it. out. What's the plan, why do we need these people? Make them give us beds and beads or whatever and then lets get to the meat. Where's the king? I want to see the king, lay my eyes on em' and give him a nice firm handshake and offer up some services from the ladies like we do in Vegas."
I say this all with a very steady but intense tone, as I check my magazine in my gun.
I wish to get off Mr. Bone's Wild ride.

"Laquan, whose services do you think you are offering to the king? What authourity do you have to offer someone else's life to a king but your own?" Suea seemed particularly amused and offended at the same time, having lived in countries and devoted his life to the leaders. He didn't take a liking to either Laquan, either. It seemed like the son was a better mannered and disciplined person, but turned out to have been obsessed with his illegitimate father so much that he became a copy of him. He shakes his head and turns to Amara. "Does that spell work on anyone? Can anyone use it?" He queries.

"No you see it's very simple, these people are obviously in the early stages of civilization, so we need to offer them simple gifts in return for their cooperation. I can offer the services of anyone who's a lower rank than me, for one, and two, we need some beads or something. Let's just get to the leader of these people and then deal with him. That's how real diplomacy works. After that we can begin modernizing, you know, cell phones, that type of thing. I'll write up a full recommendation to the higher ups and then we can get cookin'."
I say, calmly walking towards Amara while staring at here hand.
"So, do you think you can make me a vampire? I've always wanted to be one, it sounds like a fun time."
I wish to get off Mr. Bone's Wild ride.
