hey, wouldnt it be great if there was a magazine for people - both girls and boys, that was full of real stuff about real people??? I am sick and tired of mags all about celebrities and super stars and models, arnt you? I wish that there was a decent mag about real people, and real stuff that talked about the important issues, like what is going on in england and why things are how they are! I realy want to get a couple of people together and make such a magazine, what do you think? |

I couldnt agree more... if any a-list celeb just wears some new clothes the magazines have to write a giant article about it My grandad buys BBC Focus magazine which is a science and tech mag its very good... |

okay, annother question: what is the point in celebrities??? they also annoy me so much. I think that you should be famous for what you have achieved, like being a great animator, or being realy smart, or winning a great award. But nowdays people like celebrities are famous because their parents were, or because they married into it, etc. I also think that sports players and actors/ actresses shouldnt be famouse because of their job. okay, who has heared of John Logie Baird??? who knows what he done??? Baired invented the television! he had very little money, few volentary workers, and not much access to materials, he achieved the thing that lots of lazy people sit watching everyday for 12 hours strait!!! and people dont know who he is!!! okay, now tell me who Dav|d Beckham is. thats silly, I hear you say! he is a good footballer who plays for england. well did he make something that had revolutionised technology? no. has he done something miraculose with little money, workers and materials, no! and yet people know his name! now tell me who should be more well known! |

That's the point of this forum. Most forums won't allow it, so we have a forum especially for it. |

I knew who John Logie Baird was but you didn't give me a chance to say so - also you have to remember that he was in a different time to us - do you think that people will remember David Becham in 50yrs time?? uhrr NO!! Do you think that people from BB will be remembered in 5yrs time?? I highly doubt it. I HAVE A NEWSPAPER!!! WOOO!! ME!!! TTIO quit from it... If you want a magazine then make one yourself. Well why not? |

You could join my newspaper!!
but if its a magazine you want then you could do it in something like word etc then put it in the internet - if it generates enough interest then you could start selling it for MONEY!! |
