Suri lay upon her bed, looking to the door, eyes locked on the doorknob. " It's open." She purred softly. |

Evynna opened the door, though she did not step across the threshold. Her eyes settled on the tenant. "I was just wanting to check to see if everything was working properly for you. Any repairs or such that I need to schedule?" |

" The plumbing isn't working properly, and the window locks are broken. Everything is back flowing into the bathtub." she purred, not seeming bothered by this issue, smiling slightly. " not a large issue, but something that should probably get fixed. The dishwasher almost overflows the bathtub." |

Evynna pressed a hand to her forehead and looked down. "Sorry about that. The wiring was inspected, but I didn't realize the pipes were so bad. I'll have a plumber over first thing in the morning, and I'll send Vynz to fix your window locks later." Her eyes drifted across the ceiling and flooring looking for any potential water damage that was obvious. She didn't see any yet, which was good. That just meant that they would need a lot of bleach. "anything else?" |

" Broken showerhead in the bathroom, also." She replied, small apologetic smile on her face, setting up slowly, looking over the full moon outside. |

Evynna winced. "I'll send Vynz to the hardware store first, then. Apologies for the inconvenience." She almost didn't ask it. But she had to. "Anything else?" |

" .... Not that I've noticed, but I've only been here two days." Suri replied simply. " Sorry, though." |

Evynna nodded slightly. "Okay. It's not your fault. We should have checked the plumbing. If there's anything else, you have my card." She then kind of awkwardly reached to grab the doorknob, pausing to see if there was any last minute comment or if she was dismissed. |

" the knob catches, you have to lift up, and to the right." She warned, smiling as she rested back. |

Evynna just sighed this time and pulled the door shut. She then proceeded downstairs to find that Vynz had left... leaving the tv on, a dirty glass on the counter, and some peanuts on the floor. Great. She did however, call him. And the grumbling lasted for quite some time before he consented to fixing all the stuff. Evynna couldn't call the plumber yet. After all, it was three in the morning. Vynz walked into the Home Depot. Why someone had deemed it appropriate to have a 24 hour Home Depot, he didn't know. But either way he was going to take advantage of it. The downside? Since he was the only one in the store, he was going to have to beat associates off of him with a stick. |

Suri smiled, climbing out the window, soon setting on the roof, watching the meteor shower, smiling and humming as she hoped to catch one... she was in the right spot, after all. |

((Cheater. Fixed the confusing typos and everything. =P)) Vynz was currently sitting in his own room on his bed. He would go over in daytime hours to fix the apartment. For now he was going to play Final Fantasy on his gameboy. It was a hobby of his every once in a while. His favorite part? There were NO vampire-like characters to pick from... and the little flying ship was FANTASTIC. In general he didn't really care for video games, but this one for some reason or another was mildly entertaining. After about a fifteen minutes, however, he became fed up with the stupid two-headed beastie boss that kept killing his little ninja guy. That was the reason that he didn't play very often. He turned off the game and put it in a drawer, picking up a better waste of his time. His guitar. So there he was, sitting on the king-size mattress in a cubby hole designed bed (complete with closing doors), and playing his guitar. It was actually pretty amusing. A small little bungalow on the outskirts of town. If you looked out one window you saw the city. If you looked out the other, you would see a field. The house was a rather nondescript pale blue. The inside decor was pretty simple. The floors were a lightly stained hardwood and the walls were a very pale tan. There were exactly two doors in the house (excluding the one that lead into it). When you walked into the house you stood in a living room, complete with a dark brown couch, a wicker end table on which sat a lamp and two remotes, a pretty nice flatscreen television with built-in dvd player. There was a small partition wall with a viewing window that partially hid the kitchen nook. It had all stainless steel appliances and the countertops were a sandstone colored marble. The first door was on the left and it led to a small tan bathroom. The second door was on the right and it led to what seemed to be a room of junk. There desk on which there sat a laptop computer. In the drawers and cubbyholes there were random stuff. Currently there was an empty metal stand for a guitar and a chair pulled halfway out. The two doors were also open, revealing the bed. But when they were closed, it looked like just storage space. |

Happily setting in the floor of her apartment, studying the little rock, not caring it's temperature as she bounced it in her hands, trying to determine if it would work or if she needed one that was smaller. |
