Almost everyone has yellow skin on the Spectrum! That's what you get when you have only 7 colours to play with.

143100 Don' think the Andrew and Fergie one is possible in the time, because of the layout you pretty much need all of the tiles out before you can put them in place. |

Glad you made it in RS. Read the rest of the thread, the bonus items are explained along the way. Have a look at some of the reviews like the Crash one I linked to above - they explain the gameplay pretty well. Scores are based on bonuses for matching certain tiles together as well as time taken to complete each puzzle. |

Someone needs to round them up. USA flag + Russia Flag = 1500 points Nuclear blast + finger on button = 1000 points Tap + Bomb = 5000 points Labour + Tory = some amount of points Fist + labour + 1500 points Dennis + alcohol + 1000 points Bullet + Gun = Doubles your bonus score Match + fuel + Lose Life Bird + Laser Gun = 4500 points there was also a 3500 ponts somewhere Theres more but can't remember/dunno what they do. This page tells me 2 diamonds together get you more time. Dunno what the, pick/hammer, lolly, bracelet do. |

133600 Marylin is bloody ridiculous. I should have just whored my lives away earlier, would have had about twice this score. Doubt I'll be playing this one much more, it's far too annoying to be completely enjoyable. |

I think it has got to be a brain. Smoke doesn't make much sense for Clive Sinclair. And the car is, of course, a Sinclair C5. By the way, did you know that CLIVE MARLES SINCLAIR is an anagram of CRIES IN SMALL VILE CAR Rather apt for the Sinclair C5, don't cha think?

Thanks for all the tips. I watched a RZX file of someone completing it - very interesting tactics used, I never played this game when it was first released but - wow - this game is much better and needs more skill to it than meets the eye. Gonna give it a go tonight (After Prison Break and after I completed the level I am on Settlers II) Great Choice of game !! |

414, 200 One tactic I use is if a bullet or gun comes out, tuck it away in the top right, with a block to protect it. If the other half of the combination, gun or bullet, comes out, I position it just below. Then I try to build up my bonuses and when the bonus items stop coming out, move the bullet and gun together to double the bonus score for that level. |

I can't see how a score that large is possible, can you post a video of you playing so we can all learn because I can get to level 10 no problem including getting loads of bonus points and doubling them with the gun/bullet combo but with only a 3rd of your score..?
Making me feel rather rubbish...

I use ZX Spin. It's incredibly easy to get this game running. Download ZX Spin Install it Run it. Click the "Open a file" icon (second from the left at the bottom of the window). Locate "SplitPersonalities.tzx.zip" that you downloaded from here. A small window will appear. Double click "Split personalities - side 1.tzx" One second later the menu screen will be on. Plug your joystick in. Press "2". Press "5". Play game. If you still can't get it working, let us know where the above fails, and what happens and we'll try again. |

I can't see how a score over 50,000 is possible... If I do REALLY REALLY well, I'll get over 30,000. That's with getting maybe two or three bonuses on each level, and running out of time on most levels. My joystick is almost melting at the speed I'm going, so I'm starting to think the emulator is running too fast. 38,900 ![]() |

Thanks for you help guys! Opa Opa came to my aid, thans bro! In other news CCTV footage has captured Danny's last remaining brain cell being more than just slighty confussed by Split Personalities... ![]() Seriously, I know what I have to do on this game, and I know how to play the game now but this game still gives me a huge headache every time I play it. Now it's two things, one the sound a crap (I'm sorry but it is!) and two I HATE SLIDE PUZZLES! No really I do actualy detest slide puzzles with a passion and this game is done nothing to change that. I'ltry and put some effort in to playing it but so far, I consider this to be the worst game ever chosen out of all the leauge games I've played. (but then again that's not saying much, I hate slide puzzles so much, sorry to the person who picked this...) |

This game is quite rare for me in being one I turn the sound off for. That's almost unheard of as I think audio plays such a large part in games, even the odd burbles and clicks of the Speccy which make it so unique. Scores updated in first post |

If the link is working, this should be a link to an example level, level 7, with a bonus score of 100,000. http://media.putfile.com/Split-Personalities-Level-7-27 And here is a video of level 10 being done. http://media.putfile.com/Split-Personalities-Level-10-94 The files are about 2.5 and 3.5Mb in size respectively. Hope this helps! |

Is it possible for me to put up a score just now and add a screenshot later? I'm in an internet cafe since my home internets are still some way off and they don't like you bringing your own files. I hope to get to a wi-fi place tomorrow and I can post there, but just in case I don't manage before the RF weekend... And also because I got a score of 129400 which puts me in fourth! I can't miss out on that! |

Yes, I'll accept that for now, but failure to provide the matching screenie later will mean the score is revoked. 26700 ![]() Its been a poor turnout so far this week. That means a small pool of games for selection on Sunday, and a few of those are also Speccy games. No score = no games in the pool... What gets me is that I'm really enjoying this one now. Yes I'm rubbish at it as far as scoring goes, but my persistence has got me over the initial frustration and I'm making better progress and clearing more screens than I ever expected. Phew, that was hard but finally done the last level. Don't think I've got it in me to do that again! Yet again it seems to be one of those games where you need lots of luck. Keep playing and you might get a better order of pieces. Anyway, my score of: 271,900 ![]() Can i still add games to the pool and if so, where do i do it? I missed out at the start and didnt give a vote. |

47,000 Just posted a screenie in order to get in the draw for Sunday. Having played this, I reckon Domark must have given out a few bungs in order to get decent reviews for this. Fiddly, boring and the blocks that repel each other begins to grate quickly. Since Spin wouldn't save a screenshot, I had to use a programme in order to do this. It has not been shopped in any way, just the quality of the screenshot compressed in order to get it to a decent size.

To save the picture in Spin you need to name the file: *.bmp Where * is just type the name of the file but you have to put the .bmp in yourself or an error message shows up. I then just load the pic into PAINT, go to FILE then SAVE AS, select .JPEG from the pull down menu and thats it, you now have a nice JPEG of the screen shot to upload to Photobucket.

So that's why it wouldn't save! Everytime I tried to save a screenie it kept giving me an ambigious error so I had to use a screenshot programme to get one. Still, it's there now and that's the main thing. |
