I've always said that The Rock-Afire Explosion wouldn't have been as great as it was without Burt, Duke, Rick, and Jeff on board to perform (and write/arrange some of) the songs. Having sophisticated animatronics is nice, and make the show a treat to watch visually, but if the music had been terrible that wouldn't have mattered. Having such awesome talent in the band is what really made it work. Burt and Jeff have this amazing ability to write both great serious songs, and great funny songs too! You can get a sample of some of them on Radio Showbiz along with Rick's work: http://www.showbizpizza.com/radio/index.html Rick, Burt, and Jeff have all written some excellent songs for their own careers. If you really dig the RAE stuff, you'll like their solo stuff too. It's easy to tell that these guys were the core of why the RAE worked so well as a band and why the guests at Showbiz enjoyed the music so much. Check out Burt's website here http://www.burtwilson.com/index.html and Jeff's here http://www.jeffhowell.com They both have albums you can buy on CD (and Burt's songs are on iTunes- not sure about Jeff's). Both are on Twitter and Facebook (links on their websites). I don't think Rick has a website and I don't know if he's on social media but if you get in touch with Burt or Jeff they can probably get you in touch with Rick if you want to buy an album by his band Heart Attack Dine. I'm pretty sure Duke doesn't have an online presence. Just wanted to take a moment to spotlight the talent behind the RAE.

Totally agreed. That was one talented bunch of musicians. They seemed to have fun with the scripts and songs, and that energy translates into the shows. And, we really can't leave out Shalisa's youthful talents and Aaron's contribution as a voice artist, with 4 distinct characters (5 now that he's voicing Fatz, or counting Mitzi the First). |

The only core character Aaron hasn't voiced at some point is Dook (unless you count that he probably did him in "Hips Don't Lie"). Other than that, you're looking at whether he ever had a hand in Antioch, Sun, or Moon. XD |
