https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3qZJQGeQSA St Joesph, Missouri, is where i live. We used to have a Showbiz until 1985. It had a mini stage. I theorize that it went to Strike And Spare, in Tennessee. Well now Strike and Spare is closed, what happened to the Rock-afire There? I would do anything for this information, Thanks.

I don't know what happened to that show, but that show audio is running slower than it should be- Burt's voice is deeper than it actually is on the recording. It's almost as if it's running off a reel-to-reel player but the player is playing it too slowly. I wouldn't be surprised if the show was just junked. Used, badly maintained, 30+ year old animatronics shows really don't have a lot of resale value. Edited by PaulKTF, Feb 12 2015, 03:16 PM.

They're using the show to train and teach. I contacted them awhile back when I found out Hillwood was getting rid of it. |

It never hurts to ask. I would be interested in knowing how it was implemented into a class and if it was still a RAE...well a RAE Mini anyway. |

Supposedly it was a technical class. Pretty cool to get to learn about animatronics in a classroom! |

That was not a recycled show. It was installed new at the Strike & Spare with NOS directly from CEI circa 2001-2002 if I remember correctly. The show is now in possession of a private collector awaiting refurbishment. |

Thanks for setting us straight. Wonder where that Libscomb rumor got started? How did your call to Libscomb go, ShowBizPzzaFan94?

Oh yeah, I forgot about Strike and Spare giving their show up, so to speak. I only just remembered when I was googling Beach Bears for sale near St. Joseph, Missouri. I hope whoever gets it will take care of and respect the show. |

What are you even talking about? I'm assuming you live in Missouri, then. I'm just gonna be in the area some time, felt it was worth looking at even if I couldn't afford it. |

Pretty cool that the Strike & Spare show is heading to Funtown Mountain. That place is located in Kentucky as well, where I live right now. I might head up there in the future to enjoy some CEI action! |

The show was recently acquired by Funtown Mountain, and is currently being moved to their new home there. |
