More like $20,000. Aaron will sell you his last unused one for around $100,000 USD as I've heard. Probably better to wait until a used one pops up on ebay so you can get it for cheaper. |

Only $100,000? i aint saying that's cheap or anything, but it's actually a lot less than i was expecting. like $900,000 less. also Aaron still owns a set? i thought that was sold to FunTown. or do they just have the mini stage? they have both the Wolf pack and the Moon Rockers (no word on the hard luck bears) so..i don't know. For $900,000 you could probably buy an experimental military-grade robot from Boston Dynamics or one of those other companies that makes humanoid robots. The prices of those bots usually hover around a million American dollars. I heard that RAE shows used to sell for around $120,000 back in the day and that Aaron probably won't let go of his last set for under $100,000. Used ones have sold for cheaper as I've heard. Last I've heard Aaron still has one unused set. He sold the Wolfpack 5 and Moon Rockers but I'm pretty sure he still has the boxed RAE. |

What are we doing here? Back on topic... Why did Aaron stop manufacturing these bots? Can't he just publicly open a online-store with "Pre-Orders", that he will know that he have funding to make these bots. I'm planning on asking him if he have any internship available because I would love to work for him for an experience! |

$15,000 for just the robot. Is Aaron even able to make them? In the 80's he had an entire team building them, now it's basically just him and a handful of people. I'm sure it would take many more people plus a lot of start-up cost to actually start manufacturing robots again. Is there even a market outside of fans? |

I'm pretty sure that there is a market outside of fans. He just have to promote it, take it to career fairs, investments, those things that business would do to sell their products. Heck, I would love to work for Aaron. I have some experience in mechanical engineering. I believe it's actually easier to make the robot. You just have to mass produce the parts in batch and make a bot one by one. A single person might be able to build a bot in a day or two. |

I had an idea that Aaron, or somebody else with Aaron's permission could make consumer-grade versions of the bots for fans. The real RAE was built to a very high standard with expensive, industrial-grade materials and parts so they could be used everyday without breaking down. If a fan just wanted a bot it would be theoretically possible to make one using cheaper materials and parts since a fan would only run their show occasionally. They would still be expensive, but more reasonable. |
