Does anyone have any information on the pizza place grand prix pizza cabaret in Florida? They apparently had a animatronic band called the monkey business band I think the bots are now in castle fun park in Canada as the jungle jamboree because they have the same characters but the company may have made similar shows for different places. I have seen photos of them on showbiz pizza.com but that's it. BTW I'm not sure if this topic was already discussed but if it was I'm sorry for discussing it again. The first file is a photo of the monkey business band and the second one is the band I think they are now the jungle jamboree in Canada.

I believe the Pizza Cabaret place was inside the Grand Prix in Fort Lauderdale. I went there once or twice but do not remember it well, just very vaguely. The place got knocked down to build a highway in the mid 80's, and the new Grand Prix location did not have the Pizza Cabaret. I know nothing about the animatronics, however. Or they could have been at another Grand Prix, not the one I am thinking of. This is all I know

Sad if they trashed the place. I assume it is probably the same place. Thanks for the info!

You're welcome! ![]() Here is an old article I just found from 1986 talking about the Grand Prix and Pizza Cabaret being demolished. http://articles.sun-sentinel.com/1986-09-26/news/8602260617_1_arcade-dania-ice-cream-parlor Where there other Pizza Cabarets in other locations I wonder? |

Yeah I wonder too! Thanks for the article!! Maybe Castle Fun Park bought some stuff from that at the auction if that grand prix is the same one cause castle fun park has go karts, a arcade and as I said before the animatronics look pretty much the same!
