They haven't done any new parodies & covers for a while now. I think there gonna be sticking to originals for a while. |

It would be awesome, but I would be surprised. They would have to pay royalties to both Al and the original songwriter/composer. BTW, I'm going to see Weird Al next month. Can't wait! Edited by 80sgirl, Sep 1 2015, 02:59 AM.

That didn't stop the Rock-afire from doing Sidewalk Surfin' (which was a pre-existing parody done by Jan & Dean of Catch a Wave). |

I know! Been a Weird Al fan since the mid-80s when I first heard his music on the animated Transformers movie soundtrack. Went to see him in concert right after Straight Outta Lynwood was released. |
