So, I went to the three-stage on Kedzie in Chicago and I am happy to say they gave Munch a new mask ! He looks beautiful! (Will upload pics later). He feels very smooth and looks refreshed. I talked to the tech about it and he said it was true, he DID give him a new mask. Apparently some kids beat up the old one too much and it broke! And it costs 600$ to order a new one from corporate (Wow!)!! And he also said new shoes for the characters cost 250$!! His new mask looks great, the only POSSIBLE problem would be whenever he sings, his mouth has minor movement, or maybe that's just the mech breaking in the new mask? And in further conversation, he said that's why he said he still had the latex shoes! Needless to say, he looks great!

Darn Kids! My local Chuck E Cheese's is in the Ghetto area and the kids always beat up Chuck. Once, a kid hit his head with a Baseball Bat! (Well, it was a small one doe) Edited by Big Chuck, Sep 6 2015, 07:21 PM.

The location you're talking about is mine! The Chuck E. Cheese's on Kedzie in Chicago is my local store! I'm ashamed to say this but I used to be one of them kids that would beat up the animatronics...glad I've grew up and learned to appreciate them... |

That's really awesome to hear. I thought corporate stopped providing cosmetics for their three stage bots. |
