He is probably no longer there, but in this video (around 0:30 and 0:58) Barney the Bear from Circus World is just laying in the Funtown Mountain parking lot. Does anyone live nearby? He needs to be saved! Oops forgot to post video link http://www.courier-journal.com/story/entertainment/2015/09/06/funtown-mountain-appears-abandoned/71815394/ Edited by animatronicsgirl, Sep 7 2015, 02:21 AM.

I do not think this park will be a full time Amusement Park in spring of 2016 like Will said on Facebook I think he owns way to much money from Loans and other things to be able to keep Funtown afloat |

Here is the "before" image of this Harold Gale display figure. Produced in the 1970s-1980s it originally sold for a few thousand $$$ and worth as much in good condition... The one in FTM... "Priceless"... - This one also is different than the one in Pee-Wee... This one was made to be displayed outdoors and was clothed in a durable "oil cloth" vinyl and the base was covered in artificial turf. The Pee-Wee version was the indoor model.

Wow that's cool, thanks for those informations!! There is a head made from the same mold as this figure on eBay but it's not "original". I wonder what happened to the Pee-Wee clown used in the movie. Do you maybe know who made that animatronic monkey also seen in the movie "Pee Wee's big Adventure"? It's in the same street in front of that Magic-Store with a top hat and waving at customers. Pee Wee actually interacts with this figure as he's waving back at him. I love this figure so much, do you have any informations? |

The Clown wasn't made by Harold Gale, it was produced by Clarence D. Malcolm. He also produced Waving Gorilla's, Waving Chefs and many more |

I wonder if the Penguin is there I believe his name is Peter and the Clown thats shoots out of the rocket are still there, there my Favorite hope there not destroyed like Barney or sold like the one character and Dr Wink Lucy I believe is still there since she was in the Lucky lady saloon "I think that's the name" but Will most likely would not sell her cheap or at all and she is in great shape at least when I saw her last in a photo. Luckily there CD was auto generated by YouTube so fans of the show can listen to them

Now that everyone is talking about buying all the animatronics if the chance comes, allthough I actually asked Will to buy them all, I would buy Lucky the Lion if he's still stere xD ![]() No seriously, if he's there, I will do anything to buy him |

My guess is that Will won't be in charge of any sales going on there. Sadly, If he keeps up as he is, I'm afraid he's headed for some hospital time and a possible conservertorship, in which case the property will have to revert to the family or to the state. He's a man in serious need of medical and psychiatric intervention. Still, with all his debt, someone's going to want to auction that stuff off to reclaim some of their investment, so keep an eye open. |

Like I said, if I had the time, money and permission, I would give her a safe home. Btw, is Circus World still around these days? And where is that photo of Lucy you mentioned? I wanna see!

I don't Believe the Animatronics are but i believe Hendersonville TN is still in operation at least it is still on Strike and Spare's Hendersonville Website Though I am not sure if Funtown got Hendersonville or Hillwoods since Hillwood also had a Circus World Pizza but I am not sure if it had the show or not but I am guessing it did and That's the Stike and Spare which had the Rock Afire in it which is at funtown and Private collection. The website is this http://hendersonville.sastn.com/circus-world but i am not %100 sure if the animatronics are gone or still there I never got my full awnser when I made a thread about the subject in June or july. Edit Note: The Picture is on Funtowns Instagram I believe Edited by BeachBearFanSppIa, Sep 17 2015, 09:35 PM.

The Circus World show from Hendersonville, TN is definitely gone. This is the one Will got. In 2012, I actually visited both locations, Hendersonville and Hillwood. The Circus World show already was taken down in 2012 from Hendersonville. The Hillwood location did not have a Circus World, but they had the mini Rock-afire still in 2012, and I saw them perform. |
