Hello everyone! Sorry for a late update! As you know, I obtained a Rolfe! He came complete with exception of cosmetics. I'll be updating my restoration progress here.

Man, then I regret not buying that from Ebay. *sigh* Now it's harder to get things together. At least I know three people who owns Earl, but the problem is that they're not sure if they wanted to sell them. At least I have the vest material which I won off Ebay. |

Nice catch, I was going to post here soon. I am trading parts FOR Rolfe. I am putting up my Looney Bird / Pizzacam head mech up for offer. I value it between $300-400. So any parts that is related to Rolfe or Chuck in equal value or greater will be acceptable trade. No cash, because money is everywhere and easily obtainable...so I'm making this into a challenge. Trade rare parts for rare parts! |

Sadly no new progress with Rolfe. I cleaned up Rolfe really good, still searching for parts. By the way, if anyone have the Rock A-Fire Explosion manual, what was the recommended Tank Size or CFM (Air flow in Cubic Feet per minutes) for a single animatronic character? |

I'm pretty sure you don't need one that big just for one bot. I run Chuck on a 5.5 gallon. I can run him anywhere from 5-10 minutes depending on how many movements he's doing. Air is lost when it exits the cylinders. Still, CFM requirements for animatronics are pretty low since they're small cylinders. |

Thanks for the response. I was planning on getting one of those California Air Compressor, either 5.5 gallon,6, or 8 gallon tank since they're somewhat cheap. |

Rolfe and Earl have finally working successfully for you, Connor! You did great at testing their pnuematic movements! ![]() Connor, I wonder which materials did you use to program your Rolfe and Earl if that's what I need to know please?

Currently, I didn't use anything to program Rolfe and Earl. I just manually pressed the mac-values to trigger the cylinders. I was planning on using ProgramBlue as it seems simple "plug-in-play" compared to other controllers. Also it comes with free shows included. |

Do you have the link to the specific unit? I'm still considering controller brands for Looney in the future. |

Why is it that there is no pictures of ProgramBlue and the users of it seem very secretive? |

Because they want to keep what they do private and exclusive which is their right. |

I saw, it's little rough. I wonder if I could get it repaired from CEI.
