I found out recently about this CEC type place which used to be in Toronto. It included games, parties, and even some (cheap) animatronics. It was even featured in Vin Diesel's movie "The Pacifier"! Sadly it's now closed, but if you have anymore information, please help me! I have links to some images right here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Woodie-Wood-Chucks/156270404428576 https://pointandclickauctions.hibid.com/catalog/42463/woodie-wood-chucks-door-closing-blowout------?cpage=1 Turns out, the games were auctioned off after they closed. Here's the auction page still open. And here's one animatronic for proof. No footage, or anything else. Edited by Dr. Wink, Oct 17 2015, 08:26 PM.

Wether you find one in a church, or a pizza a parlor, a rat is still a rat..
|
Never heard of this place.. Looks like your average FEC that went out of business after a while. You've really got to wonder what happens to the animatronics at these types of FECs, if they even tried to preserve them, if they just tossed them with no second thoughts, or if they're just locked up in an old storage house somewhere.. |

Yah, from 1995-2014. I think there was a Missisauga one that closed earlier than this one. Also, I found out that the website is still on the Wayback Machine. I can post the link soon! |

I guess it has to do with a certain set of factors including the longevity/ popularity of the FEC they came from and the quality the figures are in when they close. Most likely has to do more with the latter. If they are in bad condition, off to the junkyard. If they are of good quality, there's a chance they will be preserved somehow. If they're somewhere inbetween, there's a chance of either. (But honestly, who knows what's going to happen?) This one was probably junked earlier in in the restaurant's lifespan judging by how old the picture looks. ![]() |

The showtapes it probably used are still a mystery though. |

The pic kind of reminds me of the campground backdrop some Showbiz stores had behind Billy Bob right before CU. |

More like lazy Cyberamic retrofits from what I see. It's investigation time! We must find the origins and possibly showtapes! |

Their arms are WAY too straight to be cyberamics. |

Well, the masks kinda look like they could be. Anyways, if only there was somebody bold enough to track the showtapes down... If there were any. Likely the bots could be static figures. |

Seriously, these bots are the cheapest I've seen ever! The second one (I'm naming him Willie) has 2 drums ON TOP OF EACH OTHER! HOW DOES THAT EVEN?! And both of them look like stuffed animals, with those non-mechanized eyes. |
