The Kooser cec there today looks like it's only one story high. The store that opened at the same adress in 78 was two stories high and had bigger square footage. Was that whole strip mall originally one space? Was the building destroyed? |

I know it survived at least to the merger cause it was big enough to hold cheese e Street and chuck's play-n-place in 83. |

Kooser has not been demolished, but they did add a drop ceiling and moved the stage forward. They wouldn't let us back there when we visited, but the tech from Tully said there's a large unused space behind the stage. |

That seems like a waste of space. Why not keep the stage as far back as possible so there's even more room for tables, or games? |

I'm sure there's not but you always wonder what treasures are back there. Looking at the building it looks like as much of half the store is behind the stage Edited by PTT, Mar 14 2016, 11:51 AM.

I couldn't say why they did it, but apparently it was done a long time ago. Probably when the store first got the MMBB update. |

They're probably using it for company storage Anyone know how it was mapped out? I know that the Fantasy forest was adjacent to the showroom as was the magic madhouse, the kitchen and the private dining room. The cabaret was adjacent to the arcade. Was the arcade where you entered and the showroom at the back or the other way around Edited by PTT, Mar 14 2016, 12:09 PM.
