I just got Mitzi today and I'm going to be doing a thread on restoring her. According to the seller this was from the Chuck E. Cheese on ingram(San Antonio). I believe I have an early mitzi as well(the welding and bodyshell are different). I have loaded her into my garage and I am starting to replace a few bolts that were missing from the cylinders, I've got the valve bank but unfortunately they cut all the connection wires when they removed her from the store. Does anybody have a diagram of which wire/ which airhose goes where. Photos are on my instagram account(@transtarlexington) |

I just tested some air cylinders using a small air compressor I have for my airbrush and I tested the head raise cylinder and it shoots oil out of it when it gets to the bottom position, not only that but it gets jammed as well |

I just tested the eyelid cylinders that were in the mech and the eyelids didn't close all the way. Upon further investigation I found that these eyelid cylinders are the ones that are intended for Looney/Pizzacam. Does anybody know what size the air cylinders for Mitzi's eyelids are supposed to be

It seems they should be the same size since all the head mechs are (AFAIK) identical. Try disconnecting the airlines and moving the cylinders by hand. On another note, different length cylinders wouldn't fit anyway because they'd be too long or too short for the space allowed. Maybe post a pic? Well, now that I think about it, it is possible for the cylinder to be too short. The eyelid would be really far open and not close all the way. When you said it didn't close all the way, do you mean that the eye won't close or is something rubbing it? There are secondary holes for the shaft in the rear that can be used to position the eyelid further open or more closed.

the shaft on the cylinders is not long enough to close the eyes all the way, I looked at a pizzacam head mech and the eyelid cylinders looked identical to the ones in my Mitzi. Also, the eyelid cylinder shaft is at the closest the first point shown(the ones that are X'ed out in the photo) |

Very interesting, keep in mind. The cylinders may had been replaced with Bimba from the original "Cylinders & Valves, Inc". So they may be slightly different or wrong stroke length. My Rolfe contains the original cylinder and the shaft position is all the way in the back.![]() Original cylinders site: http://www.cylval.com/ Pancake Cylinders: http://www.fabco-air.com/products/pancake/pancake.html |

Why haven't you gotten cosmetics for Rolfe yet? |

| ConnorL | May 27 2016, 04:14 PM Post #50 |

Because Aaron doesn't have any more spare cosmetics as he is keeping them for his other Rolfes. In addition to that, he doesn't want to make new cosmetics so I am only left with few choices by searching the Internet and aaking people for cosmetics. Aaron can make the masks so I am not worried about that part. |

I just replaced the tubing in Mitzi's mac valve, but now I'm just trying to figure out how to re wire it to the computer cable( although there seems to be either a common positive or negative connection on one part of it) |

I got the file cabinet and the Pianocorder boards are on their way. I'm just trying to figure out how to obtain/ duplicate the board(s) that control the stage and spotlights |

I just want to say... In terms of recent events that I do hate this fight that is/was going on between Brian the helenman, ShowbizPizzaFan and I. But adding more and more comments towards the spam/bait does not solve it. Also, if you were wondering, the only reason I'm keeping my mech a Mitzi is because I'm not custom programming it(I'm just running her with pre-existing showtapes with a few more characters that I plan to get) |

On account of a mini-stage with your Mitzi and possibly later on, a Fatz, Billy Bob, and Looney Bird, you could upgrade to a 3-stage sometime. |

Well, I suppose I could since I already have blueprints of that as well. I was just doing the Mini stage for now just because of time and space |
