What happens when Little Caesars loses a PTT franchise, and decides to open their own FEC? This happens! ![]() As Iggy once said "Okemos Caesarland is guilty for forcing CECPTT to move from their okemos store to their NEW LANSING one across from the Lansing Mall!" Well at least they had some cool play equipment. ![]() And a walkaround of the LC's mascot. ![]() But they should have gotten the Rock-afire EXPLOSIOOOOOOOOOON SHOW! Why? Because almost every mom and pop FEC in the 90's had the RAE. |

In a way, there was... A lot of McDonald's in the 80s had outdoor playgrounds with equipment themed after the characters. They were actually really fun for kids. One of the stores within driving distance had one when I was a kid and we always loved going there when the weather was nice. Mom and dad sat inside and ate while we ran around like crazy on the playground. ![]() ![]()

OH MY GOSH, I DIDN'T EVEN THINK THERE WOULD BE PICTURES! THAT PLACE LOOKS COOL. I wish a lot of McDonald's have these now, the closet thing we have are the in door, plane, generic, playgrounds. They don't even have any McDonald character themes....Thanks for the pics and info guys! FUN FACT: Grimace was originally gonna be a villain Caesarland doesn't seem to have the birthday type spark McDonalds had. |

Yeah, they replaced the old metal playground equipment with the generic plastic stuff because it's (blegh) safer and probably easier to clean. |

Liability probably. When I was a kid and you fell down and scraped your knee on the playground your parents put a band aid on your ouchie. Now everybody wants to sue. |

The problem with Caeserland is that you're still eating Little Caeser's terrible food.

I ate quite a few of those $5 Little Caesar's pizzas when I was hurting for money when the economy tanked. I could make them stretch for meals over 4-5 days. LOL |

Though to keep this post on topic, I remember something about them closing because of tons of crime around their businesses. Something about leaving kids/kidnapping. |
