At Hicksville, Munch's arms used to work perfectly; They barely even lift off the keyboard now! What happened, and can they be fixed? I'm sorry if making a thread for this annoys some people but i'd like this to be resolved |

Wow, those arms used to work better than a lot of other stages' arms! Geez, you should ask their technician to try and fix it. |

I've noticed a lot of my CECs have this problem too. But a few of them do work. It has something to do with two air cylinders used to move his arms. I'm pretty sure it's fixable but most techs just don't bother since they seem to think as long as the keyboard lights up it's good. (well that and also because it's probably pretty expensive since techs don't get a very big budget) |

I don't see how It's that big of a deal to fix his arm cylinders. Except for just laziness. Sadly, Most techs aren't willing to go through the process needed to get the type of cylinder in the cyberamics flowing smoothly(this is especially a problem at my nearest 1-Stage) |

Are the cylinders under the arm similar to the RAE or is it on top? It looks like on top on Pasqually. I need to go to a cyberamic stage and feel up parts to see where the cylinders are. I feel like I'm gonna be on a CEC watch lost after saying that.. |

So here's our complex, sought-after solution; Literally pull up on his arm slightly. That's it.

Yea, I noticed that his arms were struggling to move. I tried pulling them up as shown in the video but only one managed to do something and the other moved slightly like two times and it stopped. |

Yup. I saw a video somewhere when Helen's body turn was out, then the tech or someone came over, literally just turned her, and it was like nothing had happened! It's amazing how "complex" our cyberamic friend's are!

I wonder if there are any CEC stages out there that hat were previously C or Rocker stages but never got the arm retrofit kits for Munch or Pasqually |

I think I can safely say that every Munch has been converted except for Rockford. However, I think there may be some un-converted Pasqually's out there on Road Stages. I don't know for sure so take this with a grain of salt. |

I'm pretty sure White Settlement, Texas has a 2 stage and their Pasqually's arms are unconverted. |

I don't know but how busy is the average chuck e cheese compared to how close in the city they are located? (More expensive ground prices).. maybe the budget just isn't there overall and it's spend on new games rather then the animatronics? Especially since I see newer installations with animatronics made by garnet holt? Maybe they are used till worn out and then replaced. |

This signifies a leak somewhere in the circuit. |
