My bad CEC experience came about two months ago: 1.) I watched an employee get reprimanded for being too lazy as Chuck. Not only did she walk away mid-performance, she also wouldn't return any kind of high-fives. 2.) The Studio C had seen some damage over the years. He was wearing an Avenger-era shirt with those khaki's Chuck wore in the 90s. He also was really dirty, and It looked like his hand was about to fall off. Other than that, It was an okay experience. I mean, I didn't have an AWFUL time. Just some petty complaints I guess! So, what's your bad CEC experience? |

There's a one more worse than this but I don't remember exactly what happened: Once I had to wait an hour and 1/2 for a SMALL pizza. We had to hurry and leave, and we had to keep waiting for the pizza! It has happened a couple times too. Edited by Big Chuck, Jun 10 2016, 03:18 PM.

I'm picturing you punching the person working the cash register because they're taking too long to ring-up your order. heh... |

Well... lol. I got gpa to take me to cec, upon entering the empty showroom, the belt that doesn't hold up my grandpas pants failed again and my grandpas pants fell to the floor like an anvil. Luckily no-one saw and he kept laughfing the entire time. Ohhhhh the fart marks.

Compared to the other things on this thread, this is fairly mild: I went to a Chuck E. Cheese expecting it to still be a 3-stage show, but it was already converted into a Studio C. I wasn't mad, I was just disappointed. LOL! |

In 1986 I was in the enclosed ball pit and Mr. Munch (walkaround) was in there and I threw plastic balls at him. Not because I didn't like him, I just thought it was funny. He pantomimed crying to get me to stop. I then said I was sorry and Munch and I were cool again. |

There was this one time where I went to my local CEC and there were tons of people there, and it was on a FRIDAY afternoon. I usually go on Fridays and every single time before that it was almost dead silent. But there was a birthday party going on, and there were so few kids at the party table, but they were so loud it made me have to cover my ears while they screamed and shouted with Chuck for the birthday show. After the birthday show was done, I was waiting for my chance to go and record the show stage. They were still having a party and Gamin' Time came on. Suddenly, about halfway through the song, they cut it off and the Chuck E. Live countdown began to play. Literally, Chuck E. was walking around the store about 3 minutes prior to the countdown. It messed up the Cyberstar and Chuck was still for about a minute before someone fixed it or something. The only plus to that visit was the fact that the person in the suit actually knew the show they were performing and they did an awesome job! I also got a Helen plushie while they were on sale for the Happy Birthday Helen weekend special with the plushie sale and stuff. |

Well, I said "argument". They were screaming stuff at the animatronics so I screamed at them... Yeah. First time that's happened. But I'm being overdramatic. |
