This is set in the Avenger era, so Munch has Brannan's voice. “Oh my gosh... Thank you! I can't believe this is happening!!” April said with a big grin as she gladly accepted her new job offer, “I swear I won't let you down Chuck E.!” She then smiled dreamily at Munch as she added, “Munch...” “But you know that being Munch's assistant also means...keeping him out of trouble, right?” Chuck then asked her, “Even though Munch can basically take care of himself, it's still a big responsibility to make sure he stays out of trouble, too.” April nodded with a smile. “Yeah.” She said, still smiling as she often stole quick glances at Munch, “I know that! ...Basically it was my job when we were kids, too.” Munch let out a nervous giggle as he rubbed the back of his neck. “Well he still is a handful...” Chuck said before rolling his eyes, “Even if he is grown up.” “Chuck E...” Munch whined, beginning to feel embarrassed. April giggled. “Well Munch,” she began, “it is true!” “Yeah I know...” Munch said, again rubbing the back of his neck, a nervous smile now on his face. “Well it's such an honor to be working with you guys, and doing backup for Munch!” April said to Chuck E., trying to contain her excitement, a huge grin back on her face, “This is what I've always dreamed of doing! I mean, this is like a once in a lifetime thing, and...even though I know I'm gonna be with you guys more than once, well...I'm still so lucky!” Wait, April being like my babysitter? Munch thought, putting a finger to his chin before beginning to smile, Well this is going to be interesting... Since April and Munch were little, they were the best of friends and always played together. April was glad to be his best friend but as they got older April supported Munch's dream of being in a kids' band. After they became older and Munch was able to form a band with his friends, April was not only his best friend, but his fan as well. In fact, she was his biggest fan! Even after becoming famous - April mostly being invited on tours by Munch - they decided to live together and got their own place to live once they raised enough money. Now that April was a part of the band, she was super excited and overjoyed. But will being Munch's assistant and making sure he stays out of trouble be harder than she thought? To be continued...

...Actually if I'm correct he played Munch in April of 1999. And that was part of the Avenger era, which I believe started in 1994-95-ish? I just saw it on Images once, where it showed something from one of the manuals (if I remember correctly) that shows a certain year and shows Chuck E. from that era. If I remember (or saw) correctly, when it showed 1994-95 (the print was in black and white and on Images the small print was hard to read), Chuck E. looked like Avenger Chuck. Not saying you are wrong because you might be right, but according to SP.com, Bowen started voicing Munch in April of 1999. So if it is correct (Brannan's Munch being in the Avenger era), the Munch in my story is Brannan's Munch in the Avenger era before April 1999. If the Avenger era started in 1999 (in April), then Munch is Bowen's Munch. But I'm using Brannan's personality for Munch in this, so I guess you can imagine it as Brannan if you like. Or Bowen, whoever you'd like. Or I could do what I did in the past and let the readers imagine which Munch is in this story... But Rockstar wouldn't be a good fit 'cause this is the older Munch's personality. XD And thanks for the info if I'm wrong about Avenger being before 1999. I once believed that the Avenger era (before seeing the image I mention above) was a pretty short era since Cool Chuck came in around 2001 or something... P.S. About April saying something about doing backup for Munch, I was kinda thinking of the Bowen era Munch because I mostly do Bowen's Munch for fanfics. But I left it in there because I guess she could still do backup for Brannan's Munch!

After accepting her job offer, April felt as if something was wrong. I'm a new member of the band, but...do I really belong here? She thought, looking at Munch who seemed to be heading for the kitchen, Well, I guess it's time to prove myself worthy of being in this band... And I can't mess this up! The band and Munch are counting on me! “Uh, where are you going Munch?” She asked, knowing that if she asked him where he was going instead of what he was doing he would most likely reveal a hint at what he was going to do. “I'm going to the kitchen.” Munch replied as he stopped and turned around to face her, pointing to the kitchen, “I'm hungry!” “Well I'm not sure if that's a good idea...” April said, looking a bit concerned, “Maybe we should do something else?” “I said, I'm hungry!” Munch said, crossing his arms and looking a little upset. “And I said, maybe we should do something else!” April said back, with more of an attitude towards him, looking a little upset as well, “Oh, and just because I'm your assistant, doesn't mean you can have that kinda attitude with me!” Besides, that kinda hurt... April thought, feeling a little hurt on the inside, He never talked to me that way... Must be his personality becoming the opposite due to how hungry he is... “It wasn't because you're my assistant, April.” Munch said, his arms still crossed and still looking a little upset, “I'm just hungry!” “Well it doesn't hurt to ask nicely for a change, does it?” April asked, “Just because you had that attitude with Chuck E. once - and he somehow put up with it - doesn't mean you can have it with me and expect me to put up with it! You're just lucky I accepted the job offer, Munch!” “Well why don't you go back and-” “No, Munch!” April shouted, interrupting him, “I'm not going back and taking back the stupid offer just because you have an attitude when hungry! I'm still keeping this job offer, and you being greedy when it comes to food and your hunger is not going to stop me!” “Oh, so now I'm greedy?” Munch asked, slightly glaring at her. “Uh, duh.” April replied, looking at him as if he were stupid, “Face it, you've always been greedy!” “So?” Munch asked, “I'm a monster, what do you expect?” April sighed. “Just go ahead, eat a thousand pizzas, I don't care anymore.” April said, crossing her arms as she glared at him, “I'm just trying to do my job and keep you out of trouble, but you're just being, well...rude!” “Well I'm outta here!” Munch said, turning his back to her as he began to head for the kitchen again, “Pizza, here I come!” April rolled her eyes. If they blame me for this, I'm just gonna tell them you wouldn't listen... She then thought, But it's your choice! ...And I'm supposed to be keeping you out of trouble... “Pasqually!!” April called, “Is there any pizza in there for Munch!?” “There are plenty of pizzas here, April!” Pasqually called back, “So don't worry!” Okay, good... April thought with a sigh of relief, That means Munch is okay. And I thought there wouldn't be enough pizzas for Munch, too... Guess I was wrong. “Hey, you wanna share a pizza?” Munch asked her with a smile, “You know, after our hunger is satisfied, so we don't end up fighting over it.” April giggled. “Sure, Munch.” She said, smiling at him, “We can.” Well that was a quick change... April thought as she headed towards the kitchen with Munch, And I never expected him to say anything about sharing a pizza when he's hungry. Guess he's happy he gets to eat or something? To be continued...
