“Hey Helen.” Chuck said as he walked backstage after one of their Live shows, “Hear anything from the Rock-afire?” “Hear anything from them for what?” Helen asked, slightly tilting her head out of curiosity, “Are they coming over?” “Yeah, they-” Suddenly he was interrupted by Munch and April running backstage from the kitchen, Munch seemingly chasing April. “DOGPILE!!!” Munch shouted before pouncing on April, causing them both to fall to the floor, their kids (who are two years old) running after him. “Ahem!” Chuck said aloud as Junior and May pounced on both their parents with a giggle, Chuck giving them an unimpressed look. Munch, April, May and Junior all looked at Chuck E. “May I continue-” Chuck began to ask, putting on his best smile. “You continue what?” May interrupted with a smile. “Continue what I was saying to Helen.” Chuck replied, looking down at May. “Um... What?” May asked confused, “Uh... I...don't get it... You said my name and asked 'continue what I was saying'. But now that you think of it, I think you're asking me to continue what you were saying?” Chuck rolled his eyes as Munch and April both giggled at their daughter's confusion. “And I have no idea what you were saying 'cause I just got here.” “Very cute.” Chuck said as he looked back down at May, slightly smiling. May giggled. “Thank you!” She said as she did a little curtsey. “Anyway, Helen...” Chuck continued as he looked back at her, “They're coming over for Thanksgiving. At least they're supposed to be... But they're coming here to visit. Remember?” “Oh yeah, well Fatz did call up and say they're going to be coming today.” Helen told him with a smile as Munch and April began to engage in a tickle fight, “I think they're going to be visiting all month long.” All month!? Chuck thought as he glanced over at Munch and April, Well if that's the case, I'd better get those two — he heard chanting and glanced at the kids, May chanting “Daddy! Daddy!” and Junior chanting “Mommy! Mommy!” — Well, those four, I guess... I'd better get them ready for when they come! ...Though they're the youngest, so...wish us luck. “You're fine with that, right Chuck E.?” Helen asked, giving him a confused look. Chuck shook his head as he immediately snapped out of his thoughts upon hearing Helen ask that. “Uh, y-yeah!” He replied, looking back at Helen, “But first we gotta find a way to deal with those two.” He then pointed to Munch and April as he mentioned them. Helen looked over and noticed that April was panting for breath and trying to get the word “stop” out at the same time but failing as Munch playfully smirked at her. “Oh, you know those two...” Helen said before looking back at Chuck E. with a smile, “They're just young! But you know their energy will burn out sometime...” “Yeah I hope so...” Chuck said, looking down and rubbing the back of his neck, “But they do seem to have plenty of energy to go around.” “You know that if they get into a tickle fight their energy will be spent from it.” Helen pointed out, still smiling, “You just gotta give them some time... They're just letting most of their energy out.” “Yeah I guess you're right, Helen.” Chuck said, looking back up at her with just his eyes, “I should let them wear off some - if not most - of their energy.” As they both began to watch Munch and April, they noticed that April was on top of Munch and getting her tickle fight revenge, as Munch struggled to tickle her back while being tickled himself, April knowing where his ticklish spot was since finding out when they were kids: his stomach. “Okay, s-stop it!” Munch said as he laughed from being tickled, “I-I give up!” April smiled at this, both monsters panting as April rolled off of him and onto the floor, both monsters panting from being tickled. “Tickle fight!” Junior yelled, looking as if about to tickle his sister. May just gently pushed him away. “No tickle fights!” May said with a shake of her head before smiling, “But how about we play tag?” “Tickle tag!” Junior yelled as May let out a small shriek before running off, Junior in full pursuit of his sister. Munch and April both giggled before smiling at each other, still panting as their sides were hurting from their laughter during their tickle fight. “Looks... Looks like they made a... A new game.” Munch said still panting. “Y-Yeah they did...” April said, also still panting, “W-Why didn't we come up with that when we were kids?” Munch laughed. “I-I dunno.” He replied, “I guess we... We didn't...think of that idea.” “You guys exhausted?” Helen asked with a smile, getting a nod from both monsters in response, “Well why don't you two take a break? You know, try to regain some of that energy.” “Say what?” Chuck asked Helen quietly, his eyes wide with shock. “Don't worry, Chuck E.” Helen assured him with a smile, “I'm sure that one tickle fight is enough for one day when it comes to these two.” To be continued...

After Munch and April rested enough, Chuck brought them into the kitchen to talk about the Rock-afire, their kids included. “Okay guys, the Rock-afire are coming over so you guys need to, I dunno...chill out. You know, be on your best behavior.” “You sound like our parents.” Munch said, “You know, 'cause they're always telling us to be on our best behavior.” “Children behave~ That's what they say when we're-” April began to sing as a joke to that, but a slight glare from Chuck was able to stop her from finishing that line as Munch giggled at her joke. “Sorry.” Chuck rolled his eyes at her. “Anyway, as I was saying, it's okay for you guys to mess around with each other but no chasing each other around the restaurant - I'm sure we remember what happened last time” — Munch and April both exchanged glances before looking back at Chuck E. — “and no roughhousing.” “Does that include-” “Yes that includes tickle fights.” Chuck interrupted, Munch having raised his hand as he was asking his question but lowering it at Chuck's reply, “That includes your kids, too. Well actually kids'll be kids, so with them it's okay. But you two have to try to keep them under control.” Well we can try... April thought, glancing down at her kids before looking back up at Chuck E., But that's what we can do as parents... She looked over at Munch and smiled at him, Munch smiling back. I know we can. “But please try to keep them under control.” Chuck said, looking at them, “I know you're already good parents but please try to keep them out of trouble. Because we all know how you were as kids...” Chuck rolled his eyes at the memory as Munch and April both stifled a giggle, both almost failing to in the process. “You got it Chuck E.!” April said saluting him, “We'll try to keep our kids out of trouble!” “I sure hope so...” Chuck muttered with a sigh. “We'll be good, Big C!” Both kids said in unison, also saluting Chuck E. with a smile. “We promise!” May said with her sweet little voice. “Please, just call me Chuck.” Chuck replied, smiling down at the kids, “Big C was actually what they called my grandfather.” “Okay, Big C- I mean, Chuck!” May said, once again saluting him with a smile as she giggled. A/N: Yes, this is the “Cool Chuck” era, in case you're wondering. And yes again, I decided to have Chuck call PTT Chuck his grandfather because they (the characters) called him “Big C” back before he was a nicer rat (pretty much). So hopefully that cleared up any confusion (if there was any). And I hope you all enjoyed the story so far! And sorry it's so short, I have to go to bed. But I might write more tomorrow! Just depends on if I'm playing Roblox (it's pretty addicting) and if my want to write fanfiction brings me to writing more on here tomorrow. XD P.S. If you have a Roblox, my username is AprilCECFan96. Also thanks for reading and good night!

After the conversation, Munch and April both exited the kitchen, but not before trying - and failing - to grab a pizza without being caught. “What do you think you're doing?” Pasqually asked, coming in to take a pizza out of the oven. “Uh, we're just...checking the pizzas.” Munch lied with a slightly nervous smile on his face, “You know, to make sure they have the right toppings on them!” Pasqually rolled his eyes as he went over to the oven to open it. “Like this one!” Munch said, looking at a pepperoni pizza, his hands folded in front of his chest and smiling with his tongue slightly sticking out like a dog's would while panting, “It has pepperoni, just what I was craving for!” Um... April thought, That was a total giveaway. Just like the time Jasper was protecting Santa's cookies... “Wait what?!” Pasqually asked, shocked, his eyes wide-open. “I mean...” “You're not getting those pizzas!” Pasqually shouted before rushing over and shoving Munch away from the pizzas, causing Munch to stumble back a tiny bit before falling to the floor but not to where he was lying on it; just sitting. “But... But I'm hungry...” Munch complained. “These pizzas are for the guests, but if you want me to make you some...” “Oh yes please...” Munch mentioned with a slight nod, “Oh, and I'll bring in one of your 'guests' to come and get their pizzas.” “Munch, the kitchen is for employees only!” Pasqually called to him as he left the kitchen, Munch not listening as he had the perfect idea to nab a pizza without waiting for one to be made: he would disguise himself as a customer and enter the kitchen asking for a pizza. “Where is it?” He heard one customer ask as she was waiting at her table for her order, “I've been waiting here for about twenty-five minutes!” As Munch was about to pass her, she said, “Hey, you! Shaggy!” “Who? M-Me?” Munch asked, pointing to himself, a slightly confused look on his face. “Yeah, I'm talking to you.” She said, looking unimpressed with the service she was getting, “Where's my pizza? I've been waiting twenty-five minutes for it and it hasn't arrived yet!” “Uh, I'm sorry but I'm not the one who knows that kinda stuff.” Munch replied, looking - and feeling - a bit nervous, “Maybe you should talk to Pasqually about that...” The woman got up, causing Munch's nervousness to rise. “Listen, furball!” The woman shouted, poking him in the chest, “I ordered my pizza twenty-five minutes ago, and it still hasn't come out! Heck, Pasqually's the chef, right? If he is I don't think he's doing his job!” “Uh...” “So I don't think talking is going to help!” The woman continued with her rant. “Look I understand you want your pizza - I would too 'cause I love pizza - but I can't help you with that. I mean, I can, but...I'll have to tell him. He really doesn't trust me with bringing out the pizzas to customers 'cause he thinks I'll eat 'em before they even reach the customers!” Munch smiled sheepishly after mentioning that. “I can tell...” The woman said dryly, her eyes halfway closed, “Just by looking at you I can see you eating every customer's pizza.” “Hey!” Munch said, beginning to rub his arm. “Heck, maybe that's what you did and it's causing a holdup on the food.” The lady continued, ignoring Munch. Munch looked down at the floor. “I didn't eat everything, the pizzas are still in the kitchen...” Munch said, looking up at the woman with just his eyes, his feelings clearly hurt, “I-I could tell Pasqually to bring them.” “Look big guy, I only ordered one.” The woman said, not caring about Munch nor his feelings, “I ordered one, not the whole buffet like you would!” That's it. Munch thought, tears beginning to well up in his eyes, I can't do this anymore... He then turned around and ran for the kitchen. “Pasqually, please give some lady her pizza!” Munch begged as he entered the kitchen, “She's not being very nice.” A lady, not being very nice to Munch? April thought, curious, Well he isn't the luckiest monster... So it makes sense that he runs into these situations. I mean, he does experience bad situations. “What's going on Munch?” Pasqually asked, looking at Munch confused. Munch sighed. “She's complaining about the service.” He mentioned, looking down slightly. To be continued...
