Hotel Raou

Regular Forum Inner Sanctum
On the top floor of the Hotel Raou, a modified penthouse suite serves as the throne room for the leader of the Mark 21s, Ian Covey (or the 'Slum God'). The pad itself is a collection of ill-gotten gains that would make any college student green with envy: a large, lavish four-post bed, a massive flatscreen TV (though there's no cable running to the building anymore), an assortment of movies and games, a coke machine with the door rejiggered to dispense free products, and a pool table among other things. A door leads to a balcony that faces out against the courtyard that sits in the alcove of the U-shaped hotel (the opening faces due east). A makeshift throne crafted from some junk and an easy chair sits on the balcony, and serves as the pulpit from which the Slum God addresses his subjects. Thread limit: 1

Regular Forum (No New Posts) The Courtyard
The Hotel Raou is shaped like a squared-off 'C', where the opening faces due East. The courtyard rests in the interior of that shape, surrounded on three sides by the hotel and opening up to a street on the fourth. Once a park, the courtyard is now largely under makeshift tents and canopies and tarps to protect those below from frequent rain that falls from the thunderclouds. Underneath, members of the Mark 21s play cards, roughhouse, or otherwise socialize. On occasion, the courtyard is subject to addresses from the Slum God up on the balcony. Thread limit: 1

Regular Forum Hotel Interior
These are the halls and various rooms of the hotel itself. The Hotel Raou has seven floors. The first has a lobby and cafeteria (which is now basically a glorified kitchen for whatever the gang can scrounge up), the fourth has a pool that was drained and has been modified to serve as a skateboarding half pipe, and the seventh hosts the inner sanctum. There are rooms abound, which the Mark 21s treat as dorms. Thread limit: 3

Regular Forum Slum-God controlled streets
The immediate area around the hotel is controlled by the Mark 21s. Sitting to the east of inner-city Brockton, this area is considered dangerous to traverse unless you are a gang member yourself. The streets are, thus, largely deserted, but are also a quick (and risky) way to get from point A to point B without encountering strong military presence.' Thread limit: 2
