OOoookay, here we go! Gonna give this lad anotehr shot. ![]() Name: Clyde Barony Nickname: Quicksilver Age: 23 Gender: Male Weapons: He has a pair of guns, both unnamed. Or rather, their names are known only to him. They are Colt models, very well taken care of. Bio: Clyde is the sort who believes very highly that what defines a man are tehir own actions and how they deal with what they are dealt. He was raised in a well to do family, but his parents were often busy. As such, he made friends with one of the local servants instead. The servant, Joshua, insisted that Clyde should learn how to defend himself. Clyde never believed it, never seieng the danger firsthand. At least... until Joshua was killed in a robbery incident, an incident involving Clyde and his money. Clyde knew then that sometimes, in order to bring justice, you had to do so yourself. He trained under a rather rough master, and after having finally won he decided he could no longer live his parents lifestyle. Running away, he took to taking bounties to live instead, and earned a reputation for his fast movements but even faster shots. He is still young, and learning much about the world. But he is learning. Appearance: (Out of date slightly)

I'll join your gang Ivy! *** Name: John Briggs Nickname: Blackheart Age: 28 Gender: Male Weapons: The Storm: A Winchester shotgun, it is in immaculate condition, jet black, it is feared as one of the best made shotguns in the west. Honor and Virtue: Now these guns have a story, originally created for a sheriff of the town where John was born, the sheriff was toted as the most honorable sheriff in the west, a title he bandied about with ease. Well, one day that sheriff crossed John, and suffice it to say that after their meeting John left with two shiny new Colt revolvers. Bio: Born into a poor frontier family, John grew up with a gold crazed father, and an mother who was too busy getting drunk to worry about her eight children. It was due to these circumstances that John was forced to make a decision. He decided that the only way to provide for his family was to turn to a life of crime. For a while John was able to provide for his family an adequate life style, however John's motives quickly changed from providing for his family to committing crime just for the fun of it. After a few years John left his family, leaving them with a huge sum of money, and he set off to go his own way. Train heist helped him pass the time, and John began to live a lavish lifestyle of drinking and women coupled with illicit activities. However times changed and the law started to take notice of John's actions. Because of this John joined a gang of desperados, and he continued on with his licentious ways. John got his nickname for his true love of mayhem, equaled only by his love of women. The only reason that John said he respected Goldie was not because he felt that way, but because he was intrigued by her. Perhaps John would live to regret his inaction, at the moment though he was content, so long as there was crime and a chance for a woman he wouldn't complain. Appearance: John is tall, dark, and brooding. His rugged handsomeness and appearance alludes to his experience and his outlook on life. John wears a ragged black trench coat, and he sometimes wears a black cowboy hat. His shotgun is strapped to his back, and his Colts are strapped to his hips. Edited by Ryudo, 8 Oct 2008, 02:47 AM.

Hey Mira, how attached are you to your character's brother in law and/or sister, because I would like John to do something really dastardly. It would give your character a reason to hunt John down, it would add a lot of drama which is interesting to read, and it would just be cool for John Hope all is well, -Ryudo Edited by Ryudo, 8 Oct 2008, 02:48 AM.

I haven't been called anything like that in ages... It feels weird... Also you can just call me Cleo. So, I have a question: I have a character idea in my head, but it wouldn't be a hunter or prey. Is it okay to have a normal person just kind of accidentally stumble into it? Edited by Cleopatra, 8 Oct 2008, 09:23 PM.

Whose Ed? I was thinking of a character who would get involved in a shootout or something like that and have absolutly nothing to do with why they're fighting. |

Have you seen Cowboy Bebop? Basically its a show of a couple of space bounty hunters, and Ed is just some kid who tags along and pretty much doesn't participate in any of the bounty hunting really. He or she (because i cant tell if ed is a dude or a chick) is just along for the ride |

Yeah, something along those lines, but my character would be more involved after getting all caught up in everything. It just starts out like that. I have a character profile all planned out, but I don't know if it'd be okay to use it like this. Edited by Cleopatra, 9 Oct 2008, 02:44 AM.

Hey Mira. I was just wondering: 1) Am I able to post? 2) Is my character able to hurt/kill the established character's: the sheriff or sheriff's blushing bride? Hope all is well! -Ryudo |

I'm just going to put my character up and see what you think. If she get's accepted, great, if not I'll try something else. Name: Laura Marie Bellstop Nickname: Bells Age: 22 Gender: Female Weapons: A small pocket knife and a tiny revolver. Both used only for self defense. Neither are important enough to have names. Bio: Her father was a successful banker back east in Virginia, but when her uncle struck it rich out west, Mr. Bellstop immediately went after him, determined to succeed as well. Laura, her mother, and her two younger brothers stayed at home. She was fourteen at the time. At first, letters came regularly, along with money. He said he was doing well, and he was close to finding the mother load any day now. For two years he said that, until finally he found it. Laura and her family were elated at first, but her father said he wouldn't be able to come home for another three or four months. Then he said six. Then eight. Then nine. Then a year. Eventually the letters stopped coming completely. So did the money. After a while, Laura's mother had to begin selling some of their things to pay the bills. Mrs. Bellstop tried to keep her and the children's spirits up, but after she started selling her jewelry, she had to stop telling them that their father was coming back. Laura's father was missing, her brothers were frightened, her mother was at her wits end, and they were about to lose their house. Laura decided to do something about it. She wrote to her uncle, explaining the situation. She first asked him if he knew anything of her father. Then she asked if there was any work to be had out west. With the funds so tight, Laura wanted to be able to get money to send home for her mother and brothers. Her uncle, Edward Bellstop, wrote Laura back telling her that he hadn't heard from her father in some time, but if she was interested, there was a need of a school teacher in the area and he knew that Laura had the knowledge and experience to do it. She could stay in a little house not too far away and the pay was enough for both her and her family to live off of. So Laura packed her things up and went out West to Tamber County. Of course, her dear Uncle Eddy forgot to mention Bounty Season... And that he had a bounty on him... Appearance:

Name: Edward Bellstop Nickname: Death Bell Age: 38 Gender: Male Weapons: Spoiler: click to toggle They have no names.Bio: Edward and his brother Phillip (who was fifteen years older than him) had always been competative with each other, sometimes to extremes, but it never really got nasty until Phillip started to court Rosemary, a girl that both brothers were in love with. When she married Phillip, Edward left to go West. When he struck it rich his brother's competitive spirit got the better of him and he came out West too. This was too much for Edward and so he left and settled in a little town. Phillip came to visit him, and they started to play a friendly game of poker. But when Phillip started bragging about his family and wife and how wonderful everything was, Edward got reckless. He started to bet everything he had and then he lost. Then he saw that his brother had been cheating all along and he lost it. He shot Phillip, and, mistakingly believing him to be dead, went to the sherrif to turn himself in. But when the two of them went back to the scene of the crime, Phillip had dissapeared. Edward, now knowing that Phillip was still alive, became angry again, and refused to go to jail for attempted murder. He shot the sherriff to get away, and for a while became an outlaw on the run, having to steal from trains and travelers. He started his own gang after a bit and became very successful. He soon retired, though, wanting to forget about the past and move on. He moved to Tamber County, and purchased a ranch which was doing well. When his niece Laura wrote to him, he felt very badly about their predicament, but he knew they wouldn't accept charity. So he told her about the school and the open position. He forgot all about Bounty Season though... Appearance: Spoiler: click to toggle

Ooh, I'll join! I need a few more RPs to get into. Name: Blaze Xelon Nickname: "Bane" Age: 21 Gender: Male Role: Bounty Hunter Weapons: Deathblow and Harmony (Twin desert eagles) Vengeance (Revolver) Bio: Blaze became a bounty hunter for a bit of diversity. His family wasn't very well off, and his parents were struggling hard to make ends meet. He started off with Skycross, his Colt Anaconda, and eventually bought two Mark XIX Desert Eagles. He hunted and killed or captured any outlaws he could, making a large amount of money in the process. He is often called a Vigilante by many for his reckless nature. He is called Blaze by most, but his friends or other bounty hunters normally call him Bane. He recently calmed down his bounty hunting to relax. Appearance: Blaze is average height and weight, with mid-length black hair and bright blue eyes. His left eye has a scar running down it from a sword wound. His clothes are comprised of a black leather coat that covers most of his body, ending at his knees. He also has a pair of black trousers and full-length gloves that cover up to his elbows. His shoes are black. Is this Ok? This is the first time I used a description instead of a picture. Edited by Mattie2009, 12 Oct 2008, 10:53 AM.
