im almost done,all i have to do is fix his arms and add color

anyone wanna help me? (i need it cuz i dont realy know how to color after swapping emgs)

Maybe it is because of Ken's alt? Just trying to guess.

I think that happen because you flatten his arm into his body
so when he moves, the flatten arm become like that

rather than flattening the arms, your best bet is to either toggle them off in the asset explorer (if the hands are separate, this should work fine) or use "col-based transparency" (i.e., add alphatest/alphablendtype to the arms' section in the obj.emm and paint over the alpha channel in the diffuse map) to make them invisible.

To add color to the swapped models, you'll need to add the models' corresponding texture(s) to the col.emb and use DDSRefEdit to point the models at the new textures. You'll also need to copy the models' obj.emm entries from the original character using EMMEdit and check the box to export the new material count. If you want them customizable, you'll also need to add the models to the color cluster lua (I think moddah made a tutorial for this).
