You mean they look rough in game ? well that depends on what method you use for weight transfer and the accuracy of alignment. The better you align them with target vertices the better results you'll get after weight transfer.

once you import (in SMD) the "bone donor" and the "bone receiver" hold shift, right click on the donor and then on the receiver (the donor will be circled in red and the receiver in yellow) then you will find in object "weight paint" in that section go to "transfer weight" (you don't paint anything just click on transfer weight and it's done) don't forget to select GROUP : ALL, METHOD : NEAREST VERTEX, REPLACE : ALL, now left click on the receiver and export it as SMD
ok est ce que je dois supprimer le donneur pour exporter le recepteur en smd?

@ salim : oui si tu veux mais tu peux aussi juste cliquer sur le receveur et exporter ensuite ;)

tu sais pour quoi je dis ça parceque lorsque je l'exporte il le sauvegarde avec le nom du donneur c'est a dire le premier que j'ai importé........................... je ne sais pas a la fin j'ai pas arrivé a animer les objets

What kind of file do I extract from the explorer? Emo? or Obj?

how should i merge vertices at first or merge at last.
first and last are not available,
only center is available.
maybe thats the reason i needed to convert the sakura's face again from smd to emg with 24 bones issue.

another, thing is when i just used weight transfer for this body, then this emg has major issues.

Also, when I chose nearest face, then in almost evry case, this message came when i tried to convert the smd to emg.
"vertex found with more than 4 bones assigned".
About logan's face, when i subracted the small green paint of upper mouth on the lower lips and I added the lower lip bones,
then the same message came.

I may have to drop making tina wrestling outfit for sakura.
But please don't blame me if I don't know rigging. I have seen that in Ace's latest julia costume, the full body was rigged without any issues.
But when I used weight transfer method for that object, see the screenshot, it has countless number of issues.
I will make Jack as Dudley's servant for now.
