Two people have asked me how to do converting mods by themselves. So I think it's better to create new thread about this matter.
I am not good at writing tutorial, but I am doing my best, Okay? Here you are.

First of all, you will need these tools (it is best to place all of these tools into one folder, for easier management)
- EMGSWAPv3 (the primary tool)
- EMMedit
- SF4explorer
- DDSREFEDIT (usually not needed, only on special cases)

Download all these tools here.

The Steps: (assuming you want to convert from C1 to C2)
1. Go to folder that contains the mod you want to convert, and delete the 2ry & 4ce files.
2. Move the obj.emo file to folder that contains the tools above.
3. Rename the remaining files (just the first number, like 01 to 02, not the second number on emm files)
4. Now, go the folder "X:\Program Files\CAPCOM\Street Fighter X Tekken\resource\CMN\battle\chara\xxx" (xxx is the folder that the same of the mod)
5. Find the C2's 2ry & 4ce files, then copy them to the folder that contains your mod.
6. Find the C2's emo file, then copy it to the folder that contains the tools.

Now we have all the files needed, so let's continue:
7. In the tools folder, there should be two emo files.
8. Run the SF4explorer, drag the two emo files into it.
9. Count the number of EMGs of both emo files .
For example, C1 has 13 EMGs, C2 has 17 EMGs. This means after you swapped all C1's EMGs to C2, you must toggled off the remaining 4 EMGs on C2.
Another example, C1 has 13 EMGs, C2 only has 10 EMGs. This mean after you swapped all C1's EMGs to C2, you must append the remaining 3 EMGs on C1 to C2 (because C2 has less EMGs than C1).
10. Close the SF4explorer (not needed it for now).
11. Run the EMGSWAPv3. Input the following fields:
- Input EMO file: NIN_02.obj.emo (I use Nina C2, here for example).
- Swap out EMG# (make sure this is selected): 1 (first we swap the first / #1 EMG).
- Output EMO file: NIN_02.obj.emo (usually the default is new.emo, but for easier management, just use the target EMO file name).
- Make sure that the Y-shift options, pick "Same game".
- Source EMO file: NIN_01.obj.emo (I use the Nina Sonya Blade Cosplay, here for example)
- Click the "Extract an EMG for swap" button. Select the first (#1) and click Extract.
- Click the "Go" button, and wait for a moment (it will say "Swap or Append Complete").
- Exit the EMGSWAPv3 (important).
12. Rerun the EMGSWAPv3. Repeat the step above, but now for EMG #2, and so on till finish.

Now for the case if target EMO file has less EMGs than the source EMO file (for example, C1 has 13 EMGs, C2 only has 10 EMGs).
13. After the EMG #10 swap finished, rerun the EMGSWAPv3, input the following fields:
- Input EMO file: NIN_02.obj.emo (still the same).
- Now make sure to select the "Append EMO" option (the default name is noname, leave it be, not important anyway).
- Output EMO file: NIN_02.obj.emo (still same).
- Make sure that the Y-shift options, pick "Same game".
- Source EMO file: NIN_01.obj.emo (still same)
- Click the "Extract an EMG for swap" button. Select the eleven (#11) and click Extract.
- Click the "Go" button, and wait for a moment (it will say "Swap or Append Complete").
- Exit the EMGSWAPv3 (important).
14. Rerun the EMGSWAPv3. Repeat the step above, but now for EMG #12, and so on till finish.

15. Run the SF4explorer again, then drag the two EMO files into it. It should be that now C2 is identical with C1. Close the program.

16. Copy the target EMO file (NIN_02.obj.emo) and also the "EMMedit.exe" file to the mod folder.
17. Run the EMMedit, and choose NIN.02_01.obj.emm, then click Open.
18. Click the button "Export Mat Count to EMO" and choose NIN_02.obj.emo, then Open. It will say like this: "Material Count changed from ?? to ??". Close the program.
19. Delete the program "EMMedit.exe" from the mod folder (we don't need it anymore).

We are finished. Now the last step to test the converted mod in the game, you know how to do it, right? :)

NOTE:
There are some problems with swapping some emg from some mod, usually emg like teeth, tongue, eye. To solve this problem, you have to reswap them using original emo. Examples:
1. You swapped eye from Nina C1 mod to C2 and got corrupted if viewed with SF4explorer.
2. To solve this, find the original NIN_01.obj.emo in the X:\Program Files\CAPCOM\Street Fighter X Tekken\resource\CMN\battle\chara\NIN folder and copy it to the tools folder (you must also rename it, like NIN_01.obj_Org.emo, you may delete this file when finished) Then use EMGSWAPv3 to reswap just the eye again from NIN_01.obj_Org.emo to NIN_02.obj.emo
