After doing what I think the steps have provided(trying to get everything with along with the PS3 exclusives), on start up, I encounter an error,

[Fatal Error: An unhandled error occured. (0xffffffff)]

Help please.

@Rustle:
I don't have the game installed anymore atm, so I am kind of not sure on how to help you.

My suspect is because originally SFxT needs GFWL (Game for Windows LIVE) to run it, and you probably don't have GFWL installed in your computer. But no need to install that GFWL anymore, because you can run SFxT with something called "xliveless", see this thread below

I've noticed people are asking a lot how to update the game properly and keep every character/costume while doing it.
So I thought I would create this easy to follow tutorial on how to update your game to v1.08 (version 2013)

1. Download the patch.. (You don't need any of the older patches as the newest contains everything the old ones did as well)

Official Download

Unrar the .cab file (I use Winrar) and than run setup.exe and the patch will be installed for you.

or you can grab it via torrent here.
With the torrent version you only need to run setup.exe as the cab file has already been unrared for you.

2. Download and install the const.lua file.

const.lua

If the mediafire link doesn't work you can get "const.lua" and the costumes for the next step using the torrent here

Unrar and place it in the "/Program Files/Capcom/Street Fighter X Tekken/patch/CMN/boot/game" directory replacing the one already there.

3. Download the costume files ready for e107's unlocker...

SFxT Regular Cast Alternate Costumes
Credits :Moddah

SFxT DLC Character Swap And Alternate costumes
Credits :Moddah, BrutalAce, Robhal, Moedjoer and DarkSamus

Place the "resource" folder from both of these rars into your install directory located at "Program Files/Capcom/"Street Fighter X Tekken"

OR you can get these files from Robhal's Mediafire...
Robhal's all costumes pack.

If you want to add the PS3 characters skip steps 4 and 5 and see the end of this post.

4. Go to this thread, download the unlocker and follow the instructions provided there.

5. Play and Enjoy!

Please note that Megaman, Pacman, Cole, Toro And Kuro are not in the PC version of the game as they are PlayStation exclusives
It's unlikely that PC players will ever get to play as them.

Congratulations to all involved in getting all 5 PS3 exclusive characters into the PC version
After you have done following all the above steps you can go to this thread to add all the PS3 characters to your game.
I dont know how to get the Robhal files working and the other mediafire thingys say that the file is no longer there. Any tips on how to get the alternate costumes working?

@Weebfox:
Do you try this link below (it's my "SFxT Costume Backup" folder)? All files are still there and alive
https://www.mediafire.com/?75dmztbkqy37z

As for how to use my backup files, let say for example you download "ABL_03.7z", it's for Abel C3 (his alternate costume). Extract the 7z archive to somewhere and you will see there are 12 files, then copy them to the folder "\Street Fighter X Tekken\resource\CMN\battle\chara\ABL"

NOTE: in some 7z archives you will see 12 files in BAK extension instead, I kind of forgot to remove the extension before I uploaded them back then. To use them, you just need to remove the BAK extension from all files first. Then the steps are the same like above.

Decided to get into this again... for the 3rd time. Downloaded the patch and was extracting when it says the archive is corrupted. I'm not sure if it actually is corrupted, but during the download, it did stall for a good few minutes before continuing download. So I'm gonna download the patch again just to see how it will turn out.
