@Deska140: No, because if you overwrite my "const.lua with 49 dummy chars" with the new character's "const.lua" (like my Evil Ryu or bbb's Morrigan+Lilith or bbb's Jun+Unknown), the savegame will corrupt again because they all use the old const.lua (without 49 dummy chars). Sadly, to use those "old" new character pack, you have to open my new const.lua and replace each dummy char with actual char. For example: 1. Replace U01 section with RYX section 2. Replace U02 section with MOR section 3. Replace U03 section with LTH section 4. Replace U04 section with JUN section 5. Replace U05 section with UKN section |

@liljon042: No, this is for the code (the very first value). You know, like RYU, KAZ, CGM, etc. |

@liljon042: My best guess is from the beginning (since v1.0), PC version's savegame had been prepared to accomodate for 50 chars (38 base + 12 dlc). |

Ok, Robhal I think I'll try your method because I don't want to start everything from the beginning again million times and I know you are working on the new chars. But let me ask you something. Are the instructions different when I already have Morrigan+Lilith+Jun+Unknown? I just want to put your const.lua in my game (using your Stages Mod). |

If you already have custom characters in your const.lua, you will need to replace your current const.lua with my 49 dummy chars const.lua (with stages mod, in your case). But before you replace it, do these steps first. 1. Open my const.lua and select the first dummy char (U01), like in this screenshot: ![]() 2. Open your current const.lua and select the custom char you want (in your case, Morrigan / MOR), like in this screenshot: ![]() 3. Copy the MOR section to and paste it to my const.lua to replace the U01 section. 4. Repeat the step 1-3 to replace U02 - U04 with LTH, JUN and UKN. 5. Save my const.lua and copy it to replace your your current const.lua. Done. Remember, you must never delete any section or add new section in my const.lua. You can only replace the section in order to keep your savegame intact. That's why I use the code U01 - U49 to keep track of any custom character I have. For example, now I have 5 custom chars, it means that the next dummy char is U06, right? Because I had replaced 5 dummy chars above U06. @All: I also add this info to the first post.
