Since the BP system hasn't been fully implemented yet, I'm going to suggest a way that it could work: As we all know, attack/defense can only increase through candies/equipment/badges. How about the BP system works like how it does in Paper Mario, EXCEPT that you can only equip a certain amount of badges at once, no matter how much BP you have. This will be known as your "Badge Box" and will start off at 2 slots at level 1, and will increase by 1 more slot every 5 levels. Therefore, you can equip a total of 3 badges if you have enough BP at level 5, 4 badges at level 10, etc... You cannot equip the same badge more than once unless you have 2 or more of the same badge! Also, if you equip 2 badges that have particularly special effects (Example: a badge that recovers HP as you damage opponents) then the effect will stack, but the effect of the second badge will decrease. Example: If I have 2 badges that increase my attack by 50% each, rather than increasing my attack by a total of 100%, it increases it by less, so that stacking certain badges won't be overpowered in PvP. |
