Well lets just say that this uses a theropod like mode of locomotion.

The air is cold and windy. The leaves on the trees rustle and move. Clouds are gathering overhead- a sign of impending snowfall. Huddled in the trees are aeroslugs, wrapped around each other in a tight ball in order to conserve heat. On the ground, a lone spike bear trundles around, looking for some last minute food before hibernation. It has found something- the carcass of a forest gorso. Although the meat is mostly frozen, the spike bear has strong claws and powerful jaws, and can break apart the frozen meat for consumption. After it has had its fill, the big spiked creature finds a secluded hollow and curls up for hibernation. Deeper in the forest, a small troop of groons stomps through the forest, whistling and trumpeting to keep in contact with each other. Although they have a thin coating of hair, groons have a thick layer of fat that keeps them warm. The group of groons is looking for a protected clearing where they will rough out the worst of the winter. After a while, they come upon it, and settle down. Sharing the clearing with the groons are regal mammoths. Here these two titans will share this space until the blooming of the flowers and lichen. However, they still have to venture out to find food. An adolescent groon decides to look for food in the forest. As he uncovers some mushrooms, a big wooly shape overtakes the unfortunate para vert. The shape reveals itself to be a shark tooth reaper, the largest of the predatory sengis. Growing up to 50 feet in length, and weighing 12 tons, this is definitely the apex predator in the regions it frequents. It is a partial biped, standing on 2 legs to observe its surroundings but going on all fours when running or walking. Like its name suggests, it has shark like shearing teeth, perfect for cutting through flesh. Its front paws are tipped with long retractable claws, perfect for holding onto struggling animals. Because it is so big, it can eat any animal it wants, like the unfortunate adolescent groon. All that is heard of the killing is a sharp repeating whistle, and the growl of a giant predator. After the giant has finished its meal, a group of dwarf bruisers comes across the carcass. It has started to snow. These naked brown para verts hold second seat to the reapers when they coexist together, but when they don’t, they are usually the top predators in other environments. Being opportunistic predators, they usually take small game, but when presented with a feast like a groon carcass, they are bound to be around. Here we can see them sticking their purple mouthparts into the yellow flesh of the groon, sucking up the flesh. Joining the bruisers are a small herd of boarsnouts, which immediately get to work eating the flesh. Overhead are scumbag rugs, waiting to feed on the last scraps.
