Carbocene (new version); How could life be like 30 myf , 25 my after a mass extinction the size of the T-J one , with an early miocene like climate.

-The old Carbocene was not good and I have to say , far worst that this one.This one talks about life 30 myf where a mass extinction the size of the T-J one , happened 5 myf and was caused by global volcanic activity.The climate is similar to that of the early Miocene (23-17 mya) and the oxygen level is 25%.

Giant caviomorph descendants in the new world (similar to oreodonts) , trunked , tapir like peccaries in N.America , giant peccaries , with hippo like feet , ground sloth-ish aardvarks , big cats , large carnivorans , flightless birds , deer , large hyraxes , antelopes , giant pigs similar to this http://cryptoresponse.weebly.com/sukotyro.html , giant Australian camelids and many others.
