Weapons

Weapons are tools utilized by ninja for a wide variety of reasons. For the most part, there is not a limit on the amount of weapons that someone can start out with, with an exception of exploding items. You may only start out with, and have, a maximum of 15 exploding weapons, which includes exploding tags, flash bombs, smoke bombs, and so on.

For a starting character, we expect you to be reasonable with the amount of equipment you start out with. A genin should not be a walking armory. Your strength stat should also be representative of the amount and type of weapons you have. A genin with 1 strength should not have a bastard blade.

Special weapons (weapons with abilities) are able to be started with, if their power level is low enough. After creation, however, you are able to buy weapons. Their prices can vary a lot, with adding explosives or elemental effects increasing the price as well. If you want a pricing of a custom weapon, private message ♠Punslinger

Poisons

Poisons are listed under weapons. Poisons come in two types: natural and artificial. Natural poisons are found on summons, pets, and the like that would naturally have them. These start at the app's rank, and increase when they rank up, but can't go past what the poison would naturally do.

Artificial poisons are made by medical users. Poisons, unlike jutsu, are a tree. You just have to have one rank under before you can get the next higher rank.

Each poison requires you to have at least 5 iijutsu. The poison after it requires 5 more iijutsu.

Here are the other requirements, and abilities of poisons. Poisons that have easier methods of infection (such as airborne) are weaker than poisons that have harder injection methods.

RankRequirementsEffects
DNin/Wit: 3These are basic things that don't truly hamper one's fighting ability. Can lower a stat by 1, or be treated as a C ranked stat boost.
CNin/Wit: 5Localized paralysis/numbness, can start to affect the senses. Can lower a stat by 2, or be treated as a B ranked stat boost.
BNin/Wit: 7Multiple body part paralysis, along with completely destroying senses. Can lower a stat by 3, or be treated as an A ranked stat boost.
ANin/Wit: 9Full body paralysis, permanent damage to the body, or multiple sensory debilitation. Can lower a stat by 4, or be treated as an S ranked stat boost.
SNin/Wit: 11These are poisons that can cause death (nonairborne), and other super deadly things. Can lower a stat by 5, or be treated as an SS ranked stat boost.

As Onu and I discussed on MSN, there should be a 'poison master' ability or something similar that a person can take to use poisons without needing to learn medical jutsu, so long as they meet the requirements on the new stat system, which will be worked out soon.

A poison master type ability could be interesting but I'm thinking maybe they wouldn't have an as easy time working with them this way maybe.
Since you need so many iijutsu without the ability, taking the ability removes so much needed, so like maybe they're more difficult to get or something.
Basically you need to get and read the instruction manual instead of just having the knowledge on the subject.

Artificial poisons are made by medical users, using botanical and pharmaceutical knowledge to create the desired effects. Poisons, unlike jutsu, are a tree. You just have to have one rank under before you can get the next higher rank.

Getting a poison requires 5 iijutsu, however, once you reach A-ranks poisons, as well as 30 iijutsu, you no longer need more iijutsu to get more poison.
