THE Bald Assertion

Someone once wrote that the two fundamental tenets of true atheism are: 1) There is no God. 2) I hate Him. Having read through the abstracts of each chapter of the new-ish book The End Of Christianity I think what was published is probably another demonstration of the above mentioned "tenets." The list of contributing authors, some with whom I am familiar, would confirm it (Loftus, Parsons, Price, and Pulliam especially). A response was published as an eBook by Jason Engwer and Steve Hays (part time apologists and bloggers - Engwer, I believe, debated Pulliam). I'm not a fan of the formatting of the response, and I've only got through a few, maybe five, chapters so far - so no reviews from me - but, I like the title: The End of Infidelity Whachu think, huh? |
