Hello, I did not receive a diamond package I purchased so I contacted Hayday going through Help and Support. The only contact link I could find used my email to contact Supercell. Supercell support contacted me through email stating that I needed to contact them within the game and gave instructions on how to do that. The instructions given me do not work because the contact link is missing. (This contact link still exists on my Android device but not on my iOS device.) I informed Supercell Help that the link is missing and was sent another email giving me the same instructions. I have contacted Apple which gave me a message to go through Supercell instead. I have read other posts from people with the same problem but I found no solution. Please help me. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
