Crazed Interpretation Process

Crow once used a phrase, "crazed interpretation process", to describe how most people attempt communication. This amused me greatly.

Go to most any internet forum, or group of leftists, and simply say "Did you know that women are women?". You can literally say just that.

Talk about master of the obvious.

But they will go about interpreting the simple sentence in all sorts of bizarre ways. They are filled with thoughts, that absolutely disgust them, of being of service to their man and raising children.

You are now a sexist, in their eyes. You hate women for noticing that they are in fact, women.

On the other hand, you could tell them "Did you know that men are men?".

They will see in their minds one of those guys that just won't let up his masculinity. Some kind of a caveman. Perhaps a survivalist. Certainly a sexist.

Hahaha, Racer Poet, you would LOVE living in Austria, I tell you.
When writing any "official" letter, you need to ensure that for every form of address and every job titel you use the male and the female form for it. They even made a "short way" for writing that stuff. It looks hilerious.
They have even recently changed our national anthem, to cater for this. As it said: "You are home to great sons." Some women managed to feel left out! And now we have to sing: "You are home to great sons and daughters" - as you might guess this just takes longer to sing, and you somehow have to sing two notes, where befor there only was one, and it hasen't been propably agreed on where to do that. So...everyone just sings it, as they think it might fit, and at least this line of our anthem is now more or less a canon.
I do need to point out, that I am glad equality between man and woman has been widley established where I live. I sureley don't feel surpressed by a "male-dominated world", and I am aware and greatful that in history there were some very brave men and women who established this for me. The actual "activists" still banging on this subject are somewhat just a shaddow; whom are they actually fighting against? Since there is nothing really to fight against, they make their own enemies, and in the end political correctness makes you speak like a clown. They ruin my language! >:-(

You are less polluted by leftism than most, Pyrra, but still you wear its effects.
In fact there are very few, anywhere in the West, that don't.
I, myself, carried around fragments of it, for many years, until I made a point of weeding the garden, to make my attempt at returning it to a pristine Eden.
Now I recognize the mind-warp wherever and whenever I encounter it.
It's a fine line, seeing corruption, without automatically judging it, good or bad.
It is what it is. A must-remember state.

Canada has to be one of the most PC places on Earth, and so my wife and I accept we no longer have a country, a people, a race, or much of anything in common with anybody else. We often say we have more in common with cats, rabbits, raccoons, birds, than we do with humans.

RP: I once made a post on a personality-forum, entitled "Woman with Broom". Maybe you ran into it.
It observed how beautiful it was, to see a woman busily sweeping.
The thread immediately turned into a hate-fest, with me the epitome of pure evil, for saying it.

Yes, I prefer barbarian raccoons.
"Squawk!" said the crow, and then made space.

Yeah I read "Woman with Broom", it was a nice thread, up until after the original post.

I have no leftism in me whatsoever. I have other problems, but that isn't one of them.

Being a young, white male, is definitely a problem :)
But one that - by definition - sorts itself out over time.
The young part, anyway.
