It seems that there are people who voluntarily choose evil over good. I didn't know that. It's one thing to be evil when does not know that one can be good. But when one does know, and chooses evil anyway, then that's that, and nothing can change it. This is the fallen nature of man. The reason for his exile. Imperfection personified. Jesus, then, would appear to have made a big mistake. By assuming that men would automatically choose redemption, once a path to it had been shown to them. It's the sort of mistake any man could make, which itself points to Jesus being a man, rather than God, or the son-of. I am relieved. It is good to know I too can make mistakes like this. Surrounded by so much that is evil, one can understandably lose track, sometimes. I choose good, any day. Truth, over no-truth. Hopefully, so do you. |
