The Garden of Eden is a state, natural, in harmony, in-keeping, without conflict.
Like every other component of Eden, man appeared within it. It was not about man, it was about Eden.
Every creature, every plant, every rock, was part of Eden. Even the tree of knowledge was about Eden.
All of it was Eden.

One law existed, and only one law. The Sacred Law.
Do not attempt to understand Eden.
Partake of Eden, fill yourself with it, contribute, by your existence, to it.
But do not attempt to manipulate it, by attempting to understand it, by seeing it as your property, by taking advantage of it.

Everything within Eden benefits you, and is there for the existence of all, including you. By your existence, you benefit the whole.
The existence of all that is Eden, benefits you. But none of it is about your existence.
Honor The Sacred Law.

Eden is, was, will be, One. Without limit. Without end. It is yours, but you do not own it.
Honor it. Love it. Add to it. Live by it. Cherish it. It is your life. You are its life. That is what you are, and that is your purpose.

Why is this so? It does not matter. All that matters is that it is so.
For as long as It Is, then you are.
Ruin it, and you are not.

Eden.

Are you Eden?

Or are you not?

I strive to partake in the beauty of Eden, to live by its sacred law and play my small part, without doing unnecessary damage… and again and again, I find myself failing, deserving to be cast out.

I cry, I despair, and I beg to be let back in, but the more I beg, the further I fall.

I fall and I fall, and finally, after much pain, after having given my all, only to accelerate the fall, I close my eyes, give up and become one with the void.

I give up all hope...

…and I open my eyes and find that I never really left. Or perhaps, more precisely put: That I may have left Eden for a time, but that Eden never truly left me.

It happens ever so often.
