Spirit Classes: Shikigami Kooni: Shikigami Kooni are small spirits that are favoured among Shamans for easy Furyoku training, and to teach young Shamans how to fight spirits, aswell as use spirits. They are small sprites that possess leaves, and depending on the shamans level, are able to be controlled around. The more furyoku, the more Shikigami Kooni you can control. Human Spirit: Spirits of humans who have passed, and not made peace with their life. They can be men or women of any trade be it a samurai, warrior chief, carpenter, or house parent. These spirits are the most flexible in the ways they may be used by Shamans. Animal Spirit: Spirits of animals, like human spirits, who have not passed on yet due to closure in their life not being reached. The Shaman must have a medium with them just for simple Hyoui-Gattai in order for them to properly fuse, like a pair of claws to wear to fuse with a preditory mammal, ect. Sacred Spirits: Sacred Spirits are like the animal spirits, with slight differences. Sacred spirits require a medium like Animal spirits, although they do not directly fuse with the shaman, but go straight to Oversoul. This is why Sacred Spirits are rare, as Shamans without the knowledge or experience of Oversouls, can not use them. Koropukkoru: Koropukkoru are special types of spirits, like Sacred spirits in the respects of the oversoul form, although a difference in appearance and abilities. Koropukkoru are elemental spirits, not of the deceased but of the earth itself, created in order to maintain balance in elements and order. They are easier to train to Oversoul, in such as the Shikigami Kooni are a smaller branch of this type of Spirit. With this, the oversoul usually takes the form of the element the spirit represents, and the attacks follow suit. Zombies: Zombies are the tool of the necromancers. They are animated corpses from anywhere and everywhere that can be used to attack. Zombies are best used in numbers, as they require little to no furyoku to control. Though it requires a bit more to repair them, Shamans with high furyoku can manage to maintain armies for a long period of time. Zombies can come in the forms of rotting corpses and skeletons. In special cases, if the Shaman is able to locate, and make peace with the deceased spirit, much like that of a normal Shaman, they are able to use the zombies body as a medium, and revive their form with the spirit, and even go to lengths as modifying it to their will. Jiang-shi: Much like zombies, Jiang-shi are re-animated corpses, with differences though. Jiang-shi are like souls trapped in their own bodies. With the use of talismans, the shaman controlling them is able to keep the zombie at their skill level before dying. With the knowledge of all of their past abilities, the Jiang-shi are very powerful zombies. If the shaman controlling them is able to make peace with the spirit inside the body, they are able to use the Jiang-shi without talismans, making it much easier to connect and control, and even giving the body its old emotions and personallity. Animated Spirit: An animated spirit is usually a god class spirit, or something around that level that is able to incarnate itself with the shaman with the use of a small medium. These spirits are able to fight and do anything of their will, taking on their own form in battle. Many examples are that of gods such as the Buddha's, Elemental spirits from the Great Spirit, and other god tier classed spirits. |
