In this Roleplay world, we are going back to a very ancient artform, known as 'Training'. A unique way to learn jutsus which is not bought from Jutsu Points or Money, but through training.

At the various training fields, you will be able to learn new jutsus. This is based upon what training field upgrade has been purchased by the Kage. The higher the training field, the higher is the ranks on the techniques you can master.

Every technique takes a certain time in order to master and can thus be utilized by the ninja in battle.

D - 6h
C - 12h
B - 18h
A - 24h

The various training fields unlocks a higher level of jutsus which can be learned, but it doesn't mean you can only learn that level of techniques at that training field, you are capable of doing so at any training field as you see fit. Certain training fields will even give benefits in time, depending on what sort of technique you are trying to master.

RULES

- You can only learn X amount of jutsus per week.
- Only one person can train at a field at a time.
- Training can fail, if the Illuminati deems you unworthy.
- The Kage can set up his own training rules.
- Training post must be at least 10 rows long, filled with story.

NOTES

We prefer if you have some 'connection' to the moves you wish to learn, and doesn't just randomly get all different high-ranked jutsus. If you have a really low connection, the Illuminati may deem you unworthy.

Obviously the most perfect connection is Chidori to Chidori Nagashi. For example, we don't see Naruto go and train and learn a high-ranked Genjutsu technique, because he doesn't use them, he have no connection to them. However a person such as Kakashi, would definitely be a person who could advance his own skill in Genjutsu.

This is a draft guide, trying to explain how the training works, let me know if we should add something more, change something or remove something.

Theme:
I would like to suggest each person has to submit a theme for their characters. Allow people to learn jutsu based on their theme on their own. If they want to learn someone else's jutsu, they will have to train in pairs. This slows down training process because a person is having to train another but will be rewarded with another person's jutsu that isn't apart of their theme.

This idea is kinda given to me when Naruto or Sasuke had a mind set to begin with. Sasuke focused on jutsu around his fire style jutsu. The mind set can be changed by learning other people's jutsu.

Multi-Theming:
This happens when you learn a out of your Theme jutsu. You are able to resubmit a new theme idea based around the new jutsu you learn. This will cause people to need to work together to become stronger rather than staying independent.

Training Someone Else:
Currently can't think of any benefits we can give a person for training another besides trust and maybe payment of some sort. But if you are okay with a theme and multi-theming you might have some input, if not thats okay.
