Personality
Teppeki Kotai is considered one of the most cheeriest ninja that has ever existed. He always wears a huge smile on his face and is always ready to cheer someone up. He considers everyone his friend, including foes, and treats everyone with respect. The only exception to this rule is people who he deems to be unworthy of living. In other words, anyone who wastes their life on meaningless things, or someone who offends his village. He absolutely hates death and hardly ever resorts to it. He loathes people who kill people without cause, and actively seeks them out. Kotai is especially fond of women and does not tolerate someone treating them with disrespect.
Appearance and attire
Teppeki Kotai does not dress like the average Sand Village ninja. Having already been used to the heat due to his training sessions in the desert, he doesn't wear robed or hooded clothes. Instead, he wears a thin white, button up shirt underneath a tan coloured jacket with gold trim. He wears long, tan coloured trousers that ,atch his jacket. He wears a large cylindrical tube slung over one arm, inside of the tube is specially molded Iron Sand, this can be used in case Kotai runs out of Iron Sand. It is also naturally faster than regualar Iron Sand as it is already coated in chakra. His hair is a golden yellow that seems to blend in with the desert of the villages. His eye's appear at first to be a dull, rusty colour, but here and there, a spark of yellow can be seen. He stands a good head taller than most people and has an almost frail build, but is still able to pack quite a punch with his taijutsu, especially when he coats his limbs in Iron Sand.

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

This jutsu allows the user to transform either themselves or another object into the appearance of another person, animal, or object. The transformation technique is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on an inexperienced ninja.The transformation would be dispelled when the user is injured or hit.

A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by Genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.

The Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly.

An array of four exploding tags are jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If anyone or anything happens to walk through the boundary, the seals will instantly activate and explode, killing the imprisoned target.
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique. Classification: Ninjutsu, Bunshinjutsu Type: Supplementary Range: - Hand Seals: Technique specific hand seal Requirements: Bunshin no Jutsu.
Similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu , this jutsu creates clones of the user. But unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Unlike other clone techniques, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person.

This allows the user to basically manipulate the iron sand into different forms and use them accordingly. These could range from simple things like gathering a small clumo and blasting it into a foe or simply applying trace amounts of iron sand to objects. This jutsu essentially allows the user to perform small scale jutsu, without having to give each one a jutsu name.
C-rank Name: Satetsu shīrudo hōhō - Iron Sand Shield Method Classification: Hijutsu Type: Defensive Range: Close (0~5m) Hand seals: Requirements: Earth and Lightning Affinities
The user sorrounds themselves in highly compressed iron sand sphere. This defence is highly resilient and can absorb most blows. It can be used to also protect allies, so long as they are within range of the Jutsu. This can be dispelled whenever the user wishes.

It is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast that they are difficult to see. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent.

The user applies generous amounts of Iron Sand over a chosen body part and makes an "elargement" of it through Iron Sand. This extension acts as quickly as an unaltered limb and does not feel pain. Because of the Iron Sand's nature, the enlargement can be made even larger by adding more sand, can be used as a conduit for Lightning based attacks, be manipulated into other shapes to act as a shield or to add more severity to attacks.

This allows the user to take advantage of an object magnetic field and control it, either flinging them up in the air, or bringing them crashing down. The user can also levitate if they have a sufficient supply of Iron Sand. This jutsu, while in effect on the user, grants a +1 speed bonus, due to the fact that the user is no longer bound by gravity.

Much like the Satetsu Kaihou, but on a smaller level. This allows the user to manipulate iron sand and make it into a needle. This needle than branches off and is controlled by the users directions. It can be used to halt an approaching enemy's approach, or to dispatch several foes without having to resort to higher grade ninjutsu. It is also possible to dual wield this jutsu with the user using each of their hands as base points.
Name: Jiton: Satetsu Kesshuu - Magnet Release: Sand Iron Gathering Assault Classification: Ninjutsu, Kekkai Genkai. Type: Offensive. Range: Close (0~5m) to Long (10m+) Hand seals: -- Requirements: Earth and Lightning affinities.
This technique gathers a great volume of Iron Sand and compresses it into a high-density shape. This greatly increases the hardness, creating a gigantic steel-like weapon in an instant. The weight and size of these shapes are so great, they can easily shatter bedrock and break through most defences with one hit. Because the weapon is made out of Iron Sand, the shape can be whatever the user wants, and can even be changed during the fight. This allows the user to create the best weapon for the fight, by taking into account the opponent's abilities and the surrounding environment. Since the Iron Sand generates a strong magnetic field, the opponent cannot use any metal weapons or tools.

The user slams his hands into the earth and summons vast amounts if iron sand to swallow up the taget. The opponent is than sorrounded by large amounts of iron sand and is unlikely to escape. Then the user compresses the sand, crushing the target and most likely killing him in the process.
Name: Jiton: Satetsu Kaihou - Magnet Release: Sand Iron World Method Classification: Ninjutsu, Kekkai Genkai. Type: Offensive. Range: Mid (5~10m) Hand seals: -- Requirements: Earth and Lightning affinities.
This technique uses Iron Sand to create a gigantic sphere of branching spikes. The user first creates two masses of Iron Sand of opposing magnetic fields and then merges them together. This causes the magnetic forces to instantly increase and the repellent force created by the two opposing magnetic fields scatters the Iron Sand across a vast area. The Iron Sand spreads in spikes that branch off irregularly, making it almost impossible to get a clear overview of what is happening. This also makes evading the spikes nearly impossible. Even if the opponent has managed to evade getting hit, the Iron Sand spikes will have filled the entire surroundings, cutting off any escape routes. With the opponent trapped, the user is free to attack in person.
S-rank Name: Jiton: Kiriagen Kyojinetsu - Magnet Release: Giant Minefield Impact Classification: Ninjutsu, Kekkai Genkai. Type: Offensive. Range: Close (0~5m) to Far (10m+) Hand seals: -- Requirements: Earth and Lightning affinities.
The Ultimate form of Jiton. The user summons up large balls of Iron Sand and then wills them to float in the air. The actual range of the jutsu can be controlled by the user, it can be as close or as far as the user wishes, but only if they have the required chakra. Then the user may "detonate" the balls at will, sending shards of Iron sand everywhere within the radius. The shards are extremely sharp and are deceptively heavy, meaning that even a single shard can cause serious damage. The radius is about 5 metres per ball, but the user can activate all of the "bombs" at once, resulting in a nearly unmissable attack. The balls can not be tampered with in any way, bar the use of chakra sealing techniques. Due to the nature of this attack, it is advisable for the user to be out of harms way for this attack, and to also prevent activating the jutsu with allies close by.

Konoha Senpuu is a basic flying roundhouse kick, though several can be linked together to form a combo.

This jump uses the entire body as a spring by amassing power in the legs before kicking upwards. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.
Name: Shishi Rendan - Lion Combo Classification: Taijutsu Type: Offensive Range: Close (0~5m) Hand Seals: - Requirements: Konoha Kage Buyou
Using Konoha Kage Buyou to get behind an airborne opponent, the user delivers a series a of four blows, each aimed at striking an unprotected point. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.
Name: Konoha Daisenpuu - Leaf Great Whirlwind Classification: Taijutsu Type: Offensive. Range: Close (0~5m) Hand Seals: - Requirements: Konoha Senpuu
A series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they uses to shift into gradually higher attacks.
Name: Konoha Kage Buyou - Shadow of the Dancing Leaf Classification: Taijutsu Type: Supplementary Range: Close (0~5m) Hand Seals: - Requirements: -
A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching their body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique begins with a swift upper kick that will launch their target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful jutsu.
B-rank Name: Konoha Gouriki Senpuu - Leaf Strong Whirlwind Classification: Taijutsu Type: Offensive Range: Close (0~5m) Hand Seals: - Requirements: 10+ Strength, Konoha Senpuu.
A taijutsu using a combination of speed and power. The essence of this technique is concentrated in a spinning back kick, with such speed that not a single person can follow the user's movement, smashing his enemy with overwhelming strength.

The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra that, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate the user's nervous system. A-rank Name: Chidori - One Thousand Birds Classification: Ninjutsu Type: Offensive Range: Close (0~5m) Hand Seals: Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Ox → Rabbit → Monkey Requirements: Element Nature(Kaminari)
This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces, This jutsu has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Raises movement speed by 2 temporarily.

Name: Raikiri - Lightning Cutter Classification: Ninjutsu Type: Offensive Range: Close (0~5m) Hand Seals: Ox → Rabbit → Monkey Requirements: Element Nature(Kaminari), Chidori
The Raikiri is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated, said to be able to cut a bolt of lightning in two. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Raikiri requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Raikiri is more focused and blue. Raises movement speed by 4 temporarily.
Doton:
B-rank Name: Doton: Domu - Earth Release: Earth Spear Classification: Ninjutsu Type: Supplementary Range: - Hand Seals: Snake Requirements: Element Nature(Tsuchi)
The user flows chakra through all parts of their body, which hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user's skin becomes much darker, an almost black color. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Domu are close to zero, not including its undeniable weak point: Raiton ninjutsu.
History
Kotai has always loved learning about new things and going new places. He was told that when he was young, he would crawl around in all fours, searching every inch of his house. He was also told that as soon as he could walk, he left the house and was missing the whole day. His parents eventually found him near the village boundaries, playing with the sand. The house was refitted with locks after that little escapade. Yet, as soon as he was capable of speech, he was always begging for either jutsu lessons, or for his parents to take a trip with him. Eventually he got tired of these questions and started asking more complex question relating to chakra and why sand is the way sand is. After these insightful questions, his parents pointed him to the library, where he spent many hours adding to his knowledge.
When he graduated from the academy, Kotai was thrilled at the prospect of going new places and doing new things. However, the only new places he saw were different apartments and the only new thing Kotai did was painting. Soon he began to get bored of these repititive tasks and set his mind on training. His training was not as regular as other ninja's though. Sure there were the basics of stamina, strength and Taijutsu, but a lot of his time was taken up with his special kekkai genkai ability. He practiced by trying to lift up a stone, then a kunai, and then finally himself. After he mastered these techniques the Chuunin Exams were upon him.
Kotai breezed through most of the Exams and found it slightly easy. However, he displayed no cockiness as that would only hurt his chances of getting promoted to Chuunin. After the Exams were over, Kotai had been given notice that he had been promoted to Chuunin. Delighted at his speedy promotion, Kotai couldn't wait to do some more ninja-like missions. He was no disappointed in some of them but he still wanted more of a challenge. But of course he never let it show, he simply smiled and took it into his stride. Again, he focused more on his training than missions and was soon able to use higher rank jutsu than any of his peers.
After 6 years of being A Chuunin, Kotai had been promoted to Jounin. He took this many ways, he was thrilled about his promotion and the fact that he could go on more rigorous missions but scared as to whether he would have to do some rather unhonourable decisions. He tried to perform as many missions as possible with the most honourable actions but sometimes he couldn't be helped. After travelling across the Wind country, he began to get a hunger for exploration of the other lands. Occasionally, he would sneak into the borders of the other countries and explore remote areas. However he made sure to not reveal himself and made a point not to attack other ninja.
